I purchased University of Maine women's basketball tickets through Ticketmaster on the Bangor Maine Cross Insurance Center website. I bought four tickets for the Monday, November 15th, 7 PM game but I only want to change one seat. Currently, my seat is in Section [redacted], Row K, Seat 1. I noticed that the same seat I have for the other games is available in Section [redacted], Row D, Seat 20. While trying to switch seats, I realized there's a mistake in my email address listed as [redacted] It should actually have a dot between my first and last name. Can you please advise if I can change my seat assignment for the basketball game on November 15th on the website myself? If not, what steps should I take? Sorry for any confusion.

I purchased tickets for the Chris Stapleton concert on 2/24/[redacted] for $[redacted].79 with credit card ending in [redacted] through PayPal. Despite multiple reschedulings, my tickets are not appearing in my account. I have been trying to access them for the event happening tomorrow night (11/4/21). I received an email from Ticketmaster confirming my ticket availability. However, my order number does not seem to be recognized. I have a presale code for Harry Styles' concert at UBS Arena on November 28th. I'm trying to purchase two tickets for my daughter, who uses a wheelchair. I need two wheelchair-accessible tickets for her and my wife. I have been facing an issue with my Ticketmaster account for quite some time now. It has been linked to my old school email address from when I was in college. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to this email since graduating in [redacted]. With upcoming events on my calendar and a new phone in hand, I am stuck unable to log in as I cannot reset the password through the old email. Hello, I bought two tickets for Tame Impala in early [redacted]. The event was postponed due to Covid-19, and a refund was offered on July 4, [redacted]. I accepted the refund, and received confirmation. However, in late August, I was informed that the refund period had expired since the event was rescheduled. I want my money back as promised, as I don't plan to attend the rescheduled event. I am frustrated with this situation and would appreciate your assistance. Thank you for your help.

I am frustrated with the lack of assistance I have received regarding tickets I sold in July for an August [redacted] event through Ticketmaster. Despite being able to list and sell the tickets on the site, I am now struggling to receive payment. Upon trying to update my bank information, I discovered in the fine print that a US bank account is required to sell tickets, which was not made clear to me as a Canadian resident. I have not received an email to verify my Ticketmaster account for payment, and attempts to proceed have been unsuccessful as I did not receive any verification deposits. The FAQ section has not addressed my specific issue, and I am eager to speak with a customer service representative to resolve this matter promptly.

I recently bought two tickets for the Guns N' Roses concert scheduled for May 29, [redacted], at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, but it got rescheduled due to COVID-19. My order confirmation number is 3-[redacted]/UK1, and I was informed via email that my seats would be in the South Stand lower tier, Section [redacted], Row 12, seats [redacted] and [redacted], for a total of £[redacted].45 inclusive of fees. The concert has now been rescheduled for July 1st and 2nd. I have a few queries: 1. Will I receive two tickets for either of the new July dates, and will I have the opportunity to select the date? 2. When can I anticipate receiving the tickets? 3. In case the event is canceled or if I do not get the tickets, when can I expect to receive a full refund? Thank you, D.S.

I have been trying multiple times to get an update on my Ricky Martin and Enrique Iglesias concert tickets for the rescheduled date of November 13th, [redacted] at the Golden One venue in Sacramento, CA. With the event approaching next week, I am concerned as I have not received any information. I purchased insurance for the tickets through Allianz Global and have checked my bank statement confirming the purchase was made on July 14, [redacted] with my debit card. The policy number is EUSP[redacted]. Additionally, there is another code number [redacted]7 which I am unsure about. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I bought 6 concert tickets for an upcoming Trans Siberian Orchestra show at the Giant Center in Hershey, PA on 11/02/[redacted] at 8:00 PM. I made the purchase on 11/09/[redacted], and my receipt/order number is [redacted]8. The tickets were supposed to be sent via UPS Expedited. I got an email from Ticketstoday on 11/02/[redacted] saying my tickets were shipped, but the UPS tracking number provided was invalid. I checked with UPS today (11/08/[redacted]), and they haven't received the shipment. I emailed Ticketstoday, but the response I received didn't address the missing tickets. After speaking with the Giant Center box office, they confirmed the seats were bought but couldn't identify the buyer. I want this sorted out, either by getting the tickets before the concert or changing the delivery to Will Call for pickup an hour before the event. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

My friend got tickets via the Ticketmaster app for the show on November 11th in San Jose, but she can't attend anymore. She sent me the tickets by taking screenshots and printing them out as she didn't know how to transfer them on the app. She mentioned that the original event has passed, and now the tickets are missing from her account. May I know the name associated with these tickets?

I purchased two tickets for Ricardo Arjona in Sacramento for April [redacted] but have not received them yet. I disputed the charge, but you mentioned sending the tickets to an incorrect email address, [redacted], which is not mine. I checked Ticketmaster with my order number, but my account does not show up on your website. Please look into this matter. Order number 28-[redacted]/UK5 for Geoff Norcott at Leeds City Varieties Music Hall on November 11, [redacted]. Sadly, my partner's mom is battling terminal cancer, and her deteriorating health prevents us from attending the concert. Given these circumstances, we kindly request a refund for the 2 tickets purchased. It is unfortunate that the event had to be rescheduled due to Covid-19. Ironically, if it had taken place on the original date, we would have been able to attend.

I bought 2 tickets for the Toby Mac Concert, which got rescheduled to Friday, November 19th at Johnny Mercer Theater in Savannah, GA. I have not received any updates from Ticketmaster since the confirmation email I got back in March or April when the concert was originally scheduled for April 21st. Ticketmaster sent me an email about three weeks ago asking for patience, but I haven't heard anything since. The concert is on November 19th, and I used my debit card for the tickets, which was compromised after the payment was made. I've used Ticketmaster before without any issues. Thanks, S.W. Good afternoon, I bought four tickets from your company to attend the Russell Watson concert scheduled for Sunday, April 5th, [redacted]. Due to the lockdown, the show was postponed three times. The rescheduled date is now set for January [redacted]. Unfortunately, my wife has been diagnosed with terminal bone cancer and will not be able to attend. I previously explained in detail my situation with Ticketmaster about not receiving the promised email. I have been waiting patiently for my tickets for the Toby Mac concert at Johnny Mercer Theater in Savannah, GA on Friday, November 19, [redacted]. I purchased 2 tickets with my Debit Card, which I believe ended in [redacted] or [redacted], but it was compromised and is no longer valid. Despite this, Ticketmaster has already deducted the ticket amount from my checking account, as the concert was originally scheduled for April 21, [redacted]. I had planned to attend the Chaka Khan concert on November 6th. I received an email advising that without proof of a COVID-19 vaccine or negative test within 72 hours, I should not attend the event to be eligible for a full refund. As I complied by not attending, I have been trying to locate the refund process. Despite reaching out online, I am still unable to obtain my refund. This situation is very frustrating as I expected to receive my money back as promised for not attending the event. Could someone please assist me with this matter? The funds involved are significant, and I cannot afford to lose them.

I bought tickets for the James Taylor concert in Tampa through Ticketmaster for this Thursday. I made the purchase online on October 3rd using Apple Pay, and my bank account has been charged. However, when I tried to log into my Ticketmaster account, I encountered issues and had to reset my password. Unfortunately, the tickets are not showing up in my account. I have tried contacting Ticketmaster by phone with no success as the line seems to be busy. I also sent two emails but have not received a response yet. In total, I purchased tickets, a parking pass, and insurance amounting to $[redacted].10.

I am extremely frustrated with Ticketmaster as the event was not worth the hassle. Initially, I booked tickets, the system stalled, and then failed to confirm my tickets. Consequently, I re-ordered tickets for a different day. Despite weeks of back-and-forth with Ticketmaster, they only credited one of the duplicate orders. I intended to use the remaining duplicated tickets; however, I am now unable to print them as they appear to have been cancelled too. I was invoiced for two sets of tickets, totaling (4) seats for two different days under order numbers 13-[redacted] and 13-[redacted]. While they refunded the tickets for order 13-[redacted], the tickets for 13-[redacted] were not refunded and now appear as cancelled when I try to print them. Could you please reinstate the tickets for order 13-[redacted] or facilitate a refund for those tickets? I am eager to attend the event but currently can't access the tickets.

Regarding order #12-[redacted]/VAN, Around a year back, I purchased two tickets for the Colin James concert scheduled for November 18, [redacted], at Festival Place in Sherwood Park, Alberta. With the belief that the Covid-19 pandemic would have significantly subsided by now. As the concert date approaches, I reached out to the venue last week to inquire about seating restrictions. The customer service representative informed me that there would be full capacity with mandatory mask-wearing when not eating or drinking. Despite being fully vaccinated, I am hesitant to risk the progress made after 18 months of practicing social distancing. Moreover, both my husband and my manager, who are organ transplant recipients, are highly immunocompromised. Upon requesting a refund from Festival Place, they declined, citing a waitlist for tickets. I provided my email address for contact but have not received any inquiries yet.
