I have received the email from Ticketmaster on 9/27/21 and again today on 10/4/21. I previously sold concert tickets. However, my bank has not displayed the small deposits from Ticketmaster, making it challenging to access my funds. Ticketmaster does not have a phone line for assistance, which is inconvenient. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue. - Greg M.

I purchased six tickets to Jeff Dunham instead of three by mistake. I requested a refund but did not receive any response. The event passed, and I only used three tickets. I am now being told I cannot get a refund for the remaining three tickets I did not use. I am willing to return the unused tickets due to the accidental purchase.

I have been trying to reach customer service since the BTS Permission To Dance On Stage event in LA was announced, but I am unable to get through via calls, DMs, or emails. I need to update my email for the event to [redacted] as my previous email has changed. I qualify for a presale code because of my VIP purchase and wish to ensure it is sent to the correct address. I possess evidence of my purchase, with the last four digits of my card being [redacted] and order number 51-[redacted]/NCA. The tickets were bought under the name Emily Able, with the original email being [redacted] which has now been updated. I received a code at the previous email but need assurance it will function with the revised account. It is urgent as ticket sales begin today.

I purchased tickets for Only Fools and Horses in London through Ticketmaster. My booking reference is [redacted]. Despite the show being cancelled due to Covid, they rescheduled it for October 9th. I reached out on September 25th to request a different date due to being away but haven't received a response. Unfortunately, I'm unable to make changes through the Ticketmaster website as the show doesn't appear under 'my bookings.' Also, the provided phone number is out of service with a brief message. Disappointed by the lack of communication from Ticketmaster, we still hope to attend the show on a different date. Thank you. - J.F.

I purchased 4 tickets for the 8:00 PM Donny Osmond show at Harrah's in Las Vegas on October 12, [redacted]. As a British citizen, I am unable to travel to the USA until the end of November [redacted] due to current restrictions. I have tried to get a refund for order number 51-[redacted]/NV3 (bought in December [redacted]) or sell the tickets without success. Despite being informed the concert is still scheduled, I cannot attend. When attempting to sell the tickets, I faced issues entering UK credit or debit card details on the website, tailored for US and Canadian customers. My queries are: 1) Can I receive a refund for the 4 tickets given the travel restriction? 2) If a refund isn't possible, how can I sell the tickets without being able to input UK card details? If no solutions are available, what other options exist?

I am seeking assistance with retrieving tickets that my late friend, Jeffrey Gardner, purchased for an Eagles concert in April [redacted]. Unfortunately, we do not have access to his Ticketmaster account or email for the necessary details. If there is a way, with the appropriate documentation, for Ticketmaster to provide his sister, Karen Gardner, access to the account so that I can use the tickets in his memory, it would be greatly appreciated. Jeffrey purchased the tickets as a presale AMEX event, although I was the one who paid for them. Any guidance or support in this matter would mean a lot to me. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Michelle Dotson

I purchased four tickets for the Eagles concert in Sacramento, CA on July 14, [redacted]. Due to the Covid-19 vaccination requirement, I requested a refund for two tickets online on Sept 24, [redacted]. However, after checking my account and the Ticketmaster app the next day, it showed that I had no tickets at all. I have tried emailing Ticketmaster multiple times but received no response. When trying to call customer service, I was informed that service agents are unavailable by phone. I need assistance to resolve this issue promptly to ensure I can still attend the event. Thank you for your help. - Phill

I have been attempting to reach Ticketmaster for the past 9 hours without success. Despite being directed to their escalation team after contacting the corporate office, I was left on hold for 15 minutes only to be told they couldn't take my call. The purchased ticket is for the wrong date, time, and location. We need a ticket for July 1st, [redacted], in Lincoln, Nebraska, not the current one. The order number is 23-[redacted]/WDC. It is frustrating to encounter such unclear and evasive customer service; I am eager to resolve this issue promptly. We require tickets for the event in Lincoln, Nebraska.

While trying to choose seats for the BTS: Permission to Dance show yesterday, I encountered an issue with purchasing tickets. An error message with "Error code:[redacted] Queue ID 5b303118-b7bc-[redacted]-9a9d-9181e54c9c37" kept appearing despite refreshing the page and the map. I attempted to troubleshoot the problem and even called Ticketmaster fan support, but the call kept disconnecting. Entering the emailed special code didn't help either. Trying on different devices and waiting in the queue again yielded no results. Today, when I attempted to buy tickets, I received a message stating my account is not a verified fan and my ARMY membership cannot be verified. This is puzzling, as I have successfully purchased tickets for BTS events before. I need assistance in resolving why I can't buy tickets and why my account isn't recognized as a verified fan.

I purchased tickets for the BTS concert in Section [redacted], Row 14, Seat 13-14. The total cost was $[redacted].80, charged to my husband's account. When I log in, under MyEvents, all details are available except the barcode for our 2 tickets. I am unable to locate our tickets and am upset about it. I have been trying to resolve the issue but unsuccessful. My husband with post-polio wearing a brace was recently diagnosed as bi-polar, and I wanted to do something special for him by taking him to see BTS. I have been struggling to reach Ticketmaster for help due to accessibility problems. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you for your support.

Last night, on October 7, [redacted], I attempted to buy (5) tickets for the $uicideBoy$ concert at Toyota Music Factory happening on October 27, [redacted]. During the purchase, an alert popped up saying: OVER TICKET LIMIT Error code U102. I then tried with a smaller quantity of tickets (just (3)), but the same error message appeared. I paused buying the tickets to inform my friends about the issue. Soon after, my bank alerted me of several charges on my card. The charges include the initial set of (5) tickets I wanted ($[redacted].70), the (3) tickets I tried later ($[redacted].42), along with two service fee charges ($40 and $24). I only require (5) tickets for the event ($[redacted].70 + $40). I kindly ask for a refund for the additional (3) tickets mistakenly charged ($[redacted].42 + $24). Thank you very much! -Jackson K.

On September 16th, I purchased two tickets for the Rolling Stones SoFi concert on October 14th, with Order #[redacted]0. I have been trying for the past three weeks to claim my tickets, but despite receiving a passcode ([redacted]) on October 6th and successfully opening a new account, I was informed there are no tickets pending. Contacting the help line ([redacted]) proved unhelpful as it directed me to irrelevant FAQs and ended the call abruptly. With less than a week until the event, I urgently need my tickets. Please send them to my cell phone at [redacted] or have a representative reach out to me at the same number. If no resolution is provided, I risk losing over $[redacted] and will be forced to boycott Ticketmaster for their poor service. Expecting a prompt response. Thank you, Garner Simmons.

I transferred NFL tickets I purchased on Ticketmaster's resale platform to someone, but they are unable to accept them. When they click the 'accept' button, an error code appears saying 'oops, we are still processing.' Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel the transfer myself as I receive an error message saying 'still processing.' This has left my tickets in limbo. I am seeking assistance either to cancel the transfer and try again or to get help from Ticketmaster's customer service team.

I have been corresponding with customer support for more than a month regarding my tickets missing from my account. In the most recent email received 4 days ago, it was mentioned that there was a typo in my email address when accepting the tickets. I promptly provided a new email address as requested to rectify the issue, but have not received any response since. With the event happening in just 3 days, it is crucial to have this matter resolved today. How can I speak with a representative for immediate assistance?

I need to accept my tickets, but I'm having trouble accessing the Ticketmaster website. An error message keeps popping up, saying "Pardon the Interruption," and suggesting that I may be a bot or have disabled JavaScript. I have a concert tonight and urgently need to access my tickets.

Hello. I intended to purchase two tickets but was mistakenly charged for four. After encountering an error message during the initial attempt, stating "It's not you, it's us," I checked my bank statement and found no charges. Making a second attempt over 45 minutes later, I successfully purchased two tickets but noticed I was charged twice. The first transaction did not go through, and I only have an order number for the second purchase. My preference is for two tickets only.

I intended to buy two tickets, but my card was charged for four. After encountering an error message during my initial attempt to purchase, I checked my account and saw no charges. Subsequently, I tried once more after 45 minutes and successfully bought the tickets. I noticed my bank account was charged for two separate transactions. I have an order number for the second purchase, which was $[redacted] for the tickets and $18 for insurance. I am seeking a refund for the extra amount charged.

I bought tickets through Vivid Seats for tonight's Blackhawks game. Vivid Seats informed me that the tickets would be from Ticketmaster and that I would receive further instructions via email from Ticketmaster or AXS on how to transfer them. However, I never received this email. I did receive one from Logitix on Wednesday. When I tried to transfer the tickets, I discovered that the transfer had been canceled. This needs to be resolved by 4:30 today, or we won't be able to attend the game. I attempted to contact Vivid Seats by phone but their support is closed today. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. I am currently emailing them and in a Live Chat with Vivid Seats, which has been going on for over half an hour with no resolution.
