I purchased two tickets for the Donny Osmond concert in Las Vegas on Tuesday, October 5th at 8:00 p.m. with Order #49-[redacted]/NV3. Unfortunately, due to illness, we are unable to attend. I had bought ticket insurance through Allianz at the time of purchase. When I contacted Allianz on 09/06, Anthony canceled my insurance policy and refunded $21.50 but did not assist with the ticket refund of $[redacted].42. Following up on 9/13, I spoke to John who was supposed to reinstate my insurance and guide me on getting a ticket refund, but no progress was made. I have dedicated numerous hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue. Being 76 years old and a lifelong fan of the Osmonds, missing the show is disappointing. I seek guidance on obtaining a refund for the tickets to enjoy the concert at a later date. My insurance plan number is EUSP[redacted].

I have been attempting for 2 weeks to secure a refund for my Primus Tribute to Kings tour and venue in Sterling Heights, Michigan, held on September 22nd. I completed online forms and received an email with a phone number to contact. When I called, I was directed to fill out the form online due to busy representatives, but the call was abruptly disconnected. Filling out the form online led me in the same circle, causing frustration. I purchased insurance allowing refunds for any reason, and due to two family deaths prior to the concert, I began the refund process with no success. I have not spoken to anyone in person regarding my refund, and I urgently seek resolution.

I purchased two tickets for the Primus tribute to King show in Sterling Heights, Michigan on September 22nd. I also bought insurance for a refund in case of any reason. Repeated attempts to reach someone led to dead ends. I need the insurance refund I paid for to be honored promptly and efficiently. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and seek a resolution today through a direct conversation with a representative.

Hello, I am Gillian M. and I am interested in purchasing tickets for the upcoming BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE CONCERT. I understand that the pre-sale for this event begins on October 5th for those who bought VIP/soundcheck tickets for the cancelled BTS MAP OF THE SOUL TOUR. I fall into this category, having purchased soundcheck tickets for the previous concert. However, the code I received indicates that I am scheduled for the pre-sale on October 6th, intended for those who had regular tickets for the past event. I believe I should have access to the pre-sale on the 5th due to my previous soundcheck ticket purchase, which I can verify with pictures. Unfortunately, I cannot retrieve my previous tickets from my account as the event was cancelled. Your assistance in correcting my code would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Gillian M.

I purchased two tickets to see McFly at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow. The event was postponed due to Covid but took place yesterday, 27/9/21. I opted for Collectors tickets at an extra cost of £5.95 per ticket. Unfortunately, my tickets did not arrive via post. After contacting Ticketmaster, they confirmed the tickets were sent. Due to the situation, I requested the tickets be converted to mobile versions, which I received. However, I still have not received the Collectors tickets I paid for. I requested a refund of £11.90 for the Collectors ticket as the product was not delivered. Ticketmaster refused to issue a refund, which I find unsatisfactory. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with Ticketmaster, they maintained their decision not to refund the amount.

BTS initially planned the MAP OF THE SOUL CONCERT for May [redacted] but due to the pandemic, it was first postponed and ultimately canceled. I recently received my refund for the tickets. BTS now has a new concert called BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE-LA. As a previous Gold Package VIP ticket holder for MAP OF THE SOUL, I received an email giving me priority access on October 5th for VIP ticket holders and October 6th for non-VIP ticket holders. The email also provided a unique code for the presale. However, when I clicked the link, I was directed to two options in the app: BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE and GENERAL VERIFIED FAN PRESALE. I signed up for the global option but it mentions I'll receive information by October 6th, even though my email stated I was eligible for the 5th due to having VIP tickets. I'm unsure if I made a mistake. Any guidance on what to do next would be appreciated.

Order Number: 14-[redacted]/WES I am reaching out because my tickets for the rescheduled show in [redacted] now show a refund issued without my request. We are traveling long distance to attend, and we have always intended to keep our seats. If a refund has been processed, I am willing to repay my original payment. If our tickets have been reassigned, I kindly request seats of similar proximity. I have been a loyal Ticketmaster customer for years, but the situation of being asked to repurchase tickets at a higher price due to an error is unacceptable. I bought six tickets on March 15th for the Doobie Brothers concert on October 23, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I lost all my emails due to Hurricane Ida, including the order number from the receipt confirmation email in March [redacted]. I have tried calling and emailing for help with no luck. I urgently need assistance since the concert is approaching, and I cannot retrieve my tickets without the order information. I bought two tickets for the upcoming Luke Bryan concert in Bend, Oregon on September 20th, but despite being charged $[redacted] on my American Express card, I haven't received the tickets via email or text. After contacting Ticketmaster, a representative named Brian informed us that they had the wrong email address. We provided correct emails multiple times, but have not received any response or tickets. We are frustrated as the concert is approaching, and we have been unable to resolve this issue despite numerous attempts. Hello, I am reaching out about my order # 3[redacted]-4[redacted]-4. The Trace Adkins concert at Penn's Peak has been rescheduled twice, causing me to adjust my work schedule and hotel stay plans as I live two hours away. Unfortunately, the new date of 4/22/22 conflicts with my wedding, where the other three ticket holders, including the groom, will be attending. I bought two tickets for an NFL game in November today through Ticketmaster. When prompted, I entered my wife's Smart phone number because I don't own one. However, I later realized she doesn't have the app to accept the tickets. Now I am stuck because no one at Ticketmaster is willing to assist me over the phone to resolve this issue, and I am also unable to access my Ticketmaster account. Hello, I bought two tickets for both nights at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles to see Faith No More (with System of a Down). Faith No More, the main reason for attending these shows, recently canceled all their performances this year. Since Faith No More will not be performing, I am requesting a refund for all four purchased tickets - 2 tickets per night for a total of 4 tickets. I purchased two NFL tickets for the Bengals vs. Packers game for $[redacted].54 on May 15th. Unfortunately, I haven't received any confirmation or email from Ticketmaster in my known email accounts: [redacted] or [redacted] I've tried to log in to my Ticketmaster account linked to "[redacted]" but I'm unable to reset the password. I created a new account with "[redacted]," but the tickets aren't there either, and the game is in 8 days. I'm eager to attend the game with my 85-year-old father and not seeking a refund right now. I am reaching out regarding our Riverdance tickets purchased for the Newcastle Venue in [redacted]. Unfortunately, my husband, who bought the tickets as a Ruby Wedding gift for me, passed away on 8/3/20. I recently discovered that I hadn't received any information about the rescheduled event because the tickets were purchased using his email and debit card. My daughter has contacted you to inquire about changing the tickets to the Manchester show, as she now resides there, and I am unable to drive to Newcastle myself. Since my husband's card is no longer valid, I am unsure how the refund process will work. Is it possible to simply transfer the tickets to the Manchester show instead of going through the rebooking process? These past few months have been challenging for us, especially with the postponement of my husband's funeral due to the lockdown. I purchased tickets to see Van Morrison at the Hollywood Bowl in Hollywood, CA. I selected preferred seating in Sec SEC J1, Row 13, Seat 30-32 and Row 14, Seat 30-32, totaling USD $[redacted].40. However, upon arriving at the event, I was informed that Chris Isaak had been replaced by Taj Mahal. This unexpected change left me feeling disappointed and misled. I have reached out to the California Department of Justice and the Los Angeles District Attorney's office to file a complaint against Ticketmaster and seek a full refund for the misrepresented event. I am having difficulty changing the delivery method for my Jersey Boys tickets in Dallas for the 1/9/22 show. I have tried for two days online without success, as I only have a landline and cannot receive text messages. I would like the tickets emailed instead or a refund if emailing is not an option. Hi, I am writing about the recent orders I made for tickets to a Bob Dylan concert. I encountered an error during the purchase process and attempted twice unsuccessfully. Surprisingly, I have now received an email indicating the tickets are ready for collection. As I had to buy tickets from another source due to the initial error, I am requesting a full refund for these tickets. Additionally, I have not received any confirmation emails for the orders with reference numbers 4-[redacted]/ny7 and 4-[redacted]/ny7. I tried to reach out via phone without success and was directed to email, which was not functional on your website. I had to locate this email address independently. I am seeking a refund for 2 tickets to the Eagles concert on Oct 22, [redacted]. The Chase Center's recent Covid vaccination requirement has made it impossible for us, as we are not vaccinated. I attempted to resolve this through their online system, but after receiving 5 unhelpful emails, my issue remains unresolved. I'm disappointed with my recent experience with Ticketmaster. I purchased tickets for a concert on October 3rd featuring Grupo Firme. However, when I tried to download my tickets, they were no longer available in my account. I've been attempting to reach out to Ticketmaster since discovering this issue, but I haven't received any response. I'm concerned about the money I spent on 5 tickets - 3 for Grupo Firme and 2 for Romeo Santos. It's frustrating that my tickets vanished without any explanation or support from Ticketmaster.

I purchased 3 tickets for The Indigo Girls on September 19, [redacted], amounting to $[redacted].30. I opted for paper tickets over mobile ones and paid the extra fee. The tickets were delivered successfully. However, upon receiving my Discover statement, I noticed I was billed twice for $[redacted].30, totaling $[redacted].60.
