I am dedicated to getting tickets for "What the Constitution Means to Me" in Chicago but feel discouraged by the technical difficulties. I bought tickets in December [redacted] to see The Black Crowes at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado in August [redacted], rescheduled to August 20, [redacted]. My ticket order number is #2[redacted]-5[redacted]-1. When I click "view tickets," it directs me to the 3rd party site AXS. Despite attempts to login, including reinstalling their app and going offline as advised, I still can't access my tickets. The ticket instructions mention using Flashseats, but it also redirects to AXS. Despite multiple interactions with AXS and emails to Ticketmaster, I haven't received any assistance. With the concert just days away, I'm frustrated as these are mobile tickets, and I can't print them. This experience has been stressful, especially considering the non-refundable amount spent and the lack of human support.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding Ticketmaster. Contacting them has been challenging. My brother gifted me 2 vouchers worth a total of £[redacted]. I used them to book Hamilton for April [redacted], costing £[redacted]. Unfortunately, the show was canceled due to Covid-19, and I received a gift card as a refund. I was unable to use this card before it expired due to health concerns, government restrictions, and the inability to book a show. Considering the constraints imposed by Covid-19 and government regulations, could a new gift card be issued for £[redacted] so we can attend a show later this year? I bought tickets for the virtual Riot Los Angeles Palladium show on September 10th, [redacted] on July 14th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the email confirmation that was sent to [redacted] Since I made the purchase as a guest, it does not appear in my order history. The payment was made on July 14, and it reflects on my debit card statement. However, I can't find the order in my account history under my usual login email [redacted], which I used when I was at work. Due to being furloughed, I can no longer access that email. The only piece of information I have is the phone number listed on my debit card statement. I need assistance in accessing the tickets before the event, so I would appreciate it if a new link could be sent for me to print the tickets. Thank you.

I attempted to buy a Rolling Stone ticket for the 11/2 show in Dallas, Texas. Though I have an account and provided all my details, the system did not accept my Discover card, which has been on file for years. I then tried using my Visa card, but it also wasn't accepted. The website insists on an American Express card, which I don't have. I've already booked my airfare and hotel from California, and now the seat I wanted is no longer available. I shouldn't have to get an American Express card just to buy a ticket. If my Discover card isn't accepted, please remove it from my account. Hello, I am uncertain about the delivery method for my tickets, whether they will be digital or sent via mail in paper form. Ticket Master has not provided any updates or notifications, and their communication has been lacking. Contacting Ticket Master has been extremely difficult. The River Dance show/event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 1, [redacted], at the Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham, UK. I have been attempting to contact Ticketmaster regarding my order without success. The only response I receive is a generic email. I am seeking a direct contact number for Ticketmaster to address my concerns. My card expired before the final payment was due, and despite multiple attempts, I could not update my payment details online or through phone calls. I would appreciate a working contact number to rectify this issue promptly, either to update my payment information and receive my tickets or to request a refund for the payments made through the deposit scheme. I require help, please. I purchased a Ticketmaster e-gift card on August 18, [redacted], for $[redacted]. The recipient accidentally deleted the text containing the e-gift card, thinking it was a scam. The order number is [redacted], and it was sent to cell number [redacted]. Hello, I've been trying to contact Ticketmaster regarding my tickets for the Brooklyn gig without any luck. Despite multiple messages through their website, I keep receiving generic emails that lead me to unhelpful pages. I'm looking to sell or get a refund for the 2 tickets I purchased for the show in Brooklyn. As European citizens affected by the travel restrictions, my sister and I are unable to attend the event. I need help getting in touch with Ticketmaster Customer Service. I was trying to buy tickets for an Atlanta Braves game using a Ticketmaster eGift Card, but it wasn't accepted. The Atlanta Braves Ticket Agent informed me that due to Ticketmaster's contract with the Braves, eGift cards might not work for baseball tickets, advising me to check with Ticketmaster directly. However, I've been unable to reach Ticketmaster despite emailing them twice and finding their phone support unavailable. Their site directs me to use the app, but it seems geared towards existing ticket orders rather than general inquiries. I purchased tickets for the Eagles concert, which has been rescheduled to September 25, [redacted], due to Covid. I reside in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where we are restricted from traveling to the US because of Covid. I have been unsuccessful in getting assistance with receiving a refund or credit for my tickets. Given the resurgence of the Delta variant, I find it irresponsible for the concert to proceed. While my hotel and plane tickets have been refunded, the concert has not offered the same. It's impossible for me to attend with the current border restrictions and safety protocols in place. My husband and I were excited about the concert, but the circumstances are beyond our control, with Covid being the deciding factor. A refund of $[redacted].70 US, paid on November 28, [redacted], or a credit to my account would be greatly appreciated. It's a significant amount, especially considering the current situation. I bought EAGES tickets on November 27, [redacted], as a special gift for our wedding anniversary and birthdays. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the concert got rescheduled twice. We live in Calgary, Alberta, and with travel restrictions and closed borders, we can't attend. Our flights and hotel bookings have been refunded, and now we are requesting a refund or account credit for the $[redacted].70 spent on the tickets. We believe our request is fair given the circumstances.

I purchased tickets through Viagogo and received confirmation for two tickets in my Ticketmaster app. However, the tickets show as "SENT BY MAIL," which is confusing because we thought it would be delivered via email. Hello, Our son purchased 2 concert tickets for the Genesis show in Manchester on Saturday, September 25th. Initially, everything went smoothly as my husband downloaded the app to access the tickets. Unfortunately, our son used his now closed gmail account for the booking which we no longer have access to. Today, when my husband tried to view the tickets through the app, they were nowhere to be found. This has left us anxious as we have no physical tickets to present at the event, only the credit card statement as proof of purchase (£[redacted].20). I recently purchased a Ticketmaster gift card with expedited 3-day delivery. Despite receiving an order completion email with a tracking number (49-[redacted]/NTL), the tracking information has shown as PENDING for several days now, surpassing the promised delivery time. I am concerned about the delay and lack of communication regarding the shipment of my gift card. I am requesting immediate clarification on the estimated time of arrival for my order and a reimbursement for the additional shipping fee due to the delayed delivery. Hello, I hope all is well. I'm facing an issue with my sister's wireless festival tickets. Ticket Reference 10-[redacted]/UK4 - URGENT I am concerned as I was expecting to receive these tickets, but Royal Mail attempted delivery to a similar address, resulting in the tickets being declined. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation with Royal Mail, they confirmed that the postman mistakenly tried delivering it to a wrong address, leading to the tickets being returned to the sender.
