I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Ticketmaster account. The email associated with my account is linked to a canceled email address, preventing me from receiving any communication. Despite knowing my login credentials, I am unable to retrieve the code for access. This has hindered my ability to manage my tickets and contact Ticketmaster for assistance. I worry about the security of my funds. I have filled out three forms without any reply. My main goal is to regain access to my account and update the email address. If Ticketmaster provides alternatives to access the account without the code or eliminates the code requirement post-password, it would resolve the issue. Alternatively, guidance on reaching their support team for assistance would be appreciated.

Hello, I have run into an issue when trying to purchase a disabled parking ticket for Sheffield Steelers at Sheffield Arena for the 21/22 season. Previously, I have always bought it directly from the Arena box office for six years. I can't complete the order online as only e-tickets are available, and I don't have a smartphone to use them. The box office suggested ordering an e-ticket and then contacting the platform to switch it to a paper ticket. However, I forgot my password, and although I requested a password reset link, I haven't received one yet. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you, Michael F.

I am disappointed that a concert I had tickets for has been canceled without me even knowing. It has been over a year since the purchase, and I am eager to get a refund promptly. The credit card I used is no longer active, and I need the refund processed to a different card. I am frustrated by the lack of communication about the cancellation. When I reached out, the response seemed automated, mentioning a delay in refunding. I find this unfair considering if I were late on payment, they would act swiftly to cancel my tickets. The reason for the cancellation is understandable due to COVID-19, but I am upset about the inconvenience of having to pursue a refund. I believe Ticketmaster has received financial aid, so compensating customers should be a priority. I have not benefited from relief funds and cannot delay settling my debts.

I just reviewed my second chat and noticed the order number was not provided, instead, it displayed as ***V****, etc. Can you please follow up on my initial chat regarding the non-receipt of the tickets I purchased on May 27, [redacted], for the Andrea Bocelli concert on December 12? The payment was made using VISA ending in ****[redacted], totaling $[redacted].05 for 9 tickets. It is crucial that I receive the tickets to exchange for funds collected in mid-June. Here is the order number again: 18-[redacted]/WDC. Thank you, A. Pittaro

I am experiencing issues with Ticketmaster and need help receiving 9 tickets I purchased for the Andrea Bocelli concert on December 12th, [redacted]. Despite speaking to Caroline last week, the tickets were not mailed to me as promised. Since I cannot receive SMS or Wi-Fi on my phone, I did not get the tickets sent electronically. I am 80 years old and need the physical tickets to exchange for payment, which I require urgently to cover June bills. The Visa payment of $[redacted].05 was made for order # 18-[redacted]/WDC using Visa ending in [redacted]. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you. - Agnes P.

I've been attempting to obtain clear information from Ticketmaster via chat and email for approximately one month now. I bought Motley Crue tickets for a concert at Fenway Park initially scheduled for last August, which was then rescheduled to this July, and now to next August. I simply need confirmation that my tickets are valid for the rescheduled date. Email responses are slow, and the answers are vague, stating, "It should be fine," which is unsatisfactory. Whenever I try to use the chat feature, it's always unavailable. Furthermore, my account on the website still shows the original date. This concert was meant to be a special 40th birthday gift for me, so it's crucial that I get this sorted out. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Bradley Marcus. I recently had to create a new account using my current email and phone number because Ticketmaster prompted me to change my password. I've been using my old Hotmail account to sign in for almost ten years, but since I no longer have access to that email, I had to create a new account with Ticketmaster using my current email, which is [redacted] Last year, in February [redacted], I purchased two tickets to see Deftones in August [redacted], but due to the pandemic, the event was postponed to the following year. Unfortunately, my tickets are linked to my old Ticketmaster account. I'm hoping there's a way to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Ticketmaster account due to a deactivated email address linked to it. I used the email when I was younger ([redacted]). Now, when I try to log in, the website prompts me to update my password but I cannot proceed as the new password is sent to my old email. Customer service is unavailable over the phone, and I am unable to use the chat feature without access to my account orders.

I have been attempting to contact Ticketmaster for almost four hours without success. Both the chat and email options are not working. I was trying to purchase a pre-sale ticket for Lynyrd Skynyrd at 5 Points in Irvine, CA. Due to the issues, I am worried that I missed out on the best seats. The phone line has also not been working. I need immediate assistance as the public sale starts in 34 minutes.

Last year, I bought Billy Joel tickets for my son in North Carolina as a Christmas gift. Now that I am moving closer to him, I checked the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC for the concert on Sat, April 23, [redacted], at 8 PM. Seat 13 in Section [redacted], Row 15, is available, which is right next to the seats I got for my son. I tried to select just one ticket for that seat, but when I clicked next, it said I needed to select at least 2 tickets for an "Aisle Seat Promotion," which I didn't choose. I'm having trouble reaching Ticketmaster for help. What should I do?

I am requesting a refund for my Guns & Roses concert tickets in Los Angeles. The concert date and venue have changed, and Ticketmaster initiated the refund on May 25th with a processing time of up to 30 days. The refund of $4,[redacted].00 was to be credited back to my AMEX card that I initially used for the purchase. Since my credit card expired recently, I updated the new expiration date and security code on my Ticketmaster account. With 20 days passed, I am worried that the new credit card information might delay the refund process. Unfortunately, contacting a live customer service representative at Ticketmaster seems impossible at the moment. Emailing their customer service address yielded a generic response saying it's not regularly monitored. I am seeking advice on how to track my refund and reach Ticketmaster for assistance.

I bought 4 tickets for the Tedeschi Trucks Band's Wheels of Soul concert at Red Rocks on July 31, [redacted]. Due to rescheduling, I can't make it on the new date of July 31, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I can't transfer or sell these tickets bought from Ticketmaster. I'm not seeking a refund; I want to resell them. I've tried contacting Ticketmaster several times without any luck. I'm worried about losing a significant amount of money on these tickets. How can I handle this situation properly to avoid this loss?

I bought tickets for a show happening in April [redacted]. The show got rescheduled twice before being canceled six weeks ago. Ticketmaster informed me about the cancellation and said I'd get a refund in 30 days. I used PayPal for payment, but I haven't seen any refund from Ticketmaster yet. The tickets disappeared from my account after they mentioned the refund, and I lost the order number. Despite their emails and my PayPal statement, I have no way to follow up. I've tried calling but couldn't reach a live person after waiting for up to 2 hours. Without the order number, I can't email them either. It seems like Ticketmaster is making it difficult for me to get my refund, and I don't want to let them get away with it.

I had tickets for the [redacted] Lumineers show at BB&T in Camden, NJ, which got cancelled. I opted for credit to support 1st responders. When I tried to use the credit for Earth, Wind & Fire at The Hard Rock in Atlantic City, I realized it had show restrictions. Despite not finding anything appealing on the eligible show list, I would like to use the credit to purchase 4 Earth, Wind & Fire tickets. The credit code is 96SLUDYAKH7. The total credit amount is $[redacted].85. Initially, I appreciated the gesture for 1st responders, but now I regret not choosing a refund. The email from BB&T Pavilion did not mention any show restrictions. It only stated the credit can be used at over [redacted] Live Nation venues. I feel misled and would like to enjoy a show of my choice with the credit.

I bought tickets to Jim Gaffigan at DAR Constitution Hall for April 25, [redacted], and have been dealing with rescheduling and refund issues due to COVID-19. Originally, the event was moved to November 28, [redacted], and then to September 11, [redacted], which I only recently realized. Despite requesting a refund or exchange for the September 12 show, Ticketmaster rejected my request citing an expired refund window. I've attempted to resolve this through their chat support multiple times, but each time they end the chat without assisting me. I am now hoping to either swap my tickets for the September 12 event or receive a full refund, but Ticketmaster has not been cooperative.

I purchased Taylor Swift tickets through my daughter's Ticketmaster account in [redacted]. In February [redacted], the concert was canceled, and in March [redacted], they announced refunds. Although the emails went to my daughter, she informed me to expect a refund, which I never received. Meanwhile, my credit card expired in February, but as the Ticketmaster account isn't mine, I didn't update the payment information. Ticketmaster didn't contact my daughter about any refund issues, which shouldn't have been a problem with just the updated expiry date. I plan to call Ticketmaster at 1-[redacted] or 1-[redacted] tomorrow. Any additional suggestions on how I can get back my $[redacted] would be appreciated.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Yankees @ Orioles game on September 15, [redacted], through SeatGeek. I created an account on Ticketmaster as needed, using my username [redacted] However, when I received the email from Ticketmaster for the Mobile Transfer of tickets, I realized my iPhone 7 only had my Outlook email account. I tried to change my user ID on Ticketmaster to my Outlook account, but mistakenly used [redacted] instead of the correct [redacted] Now, Ticketmaster says the order has been transferred to another account without a user ID that I cannot access. The SeatGeek order numbers are 6P2-9K82J69 and 793C3pevq, while Ticketmaster lists it as order #3[redacted]-1[redacted]. I am 70 years old, facing a terminal illness, not very tech-savvy, and used my savings for this special day with my son. How can this situation be resolved?

I was in the process of purchasing tickets to see Gabriel Iglesias on November 11th. However, as I tried to finalize the transaction on Ticketmaster, the timer ran out, and I assumed the transaction was canceled. I did not receive a confirmation for the initial purchase. When I tried again, the ticket prices had increased by twenty dollars per ticket. Unaware that the first transaction had actually gone through, I proceeded with the purchase, ending up with four tickets instead of two. I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue. While we are fine with keeping the more expensive tickets, we would like to be reimbursed for the other two tickets. Thank you.

Hello, I bought tickets for a Three Dog Night concert set for early [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the concert was postponed multiple times until it was recently canceled permanently. The last scheduled date was in July [redacted] at the Palace of Fine Arts in SF. I'm unsure about the card I used for the purchase and may not have it anymore. My name is Carol Peterson Webber, and I purchased Orchestra seats VI 4x Seats 54 and 56 for the original March 27th, [redacted] date. Any assistance in expediting the refund process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought 2 tickets via Seat Geek for the Yankee/Twins game on 8/22. I got an email from Ticketmaster confirming my tickets. Created a Ticketmaster account for myself with [redacted] and put the tickets there. Later, transferred them to my husband, P.K., setting up an account for him with [redacted] Ticketmaster sent an email confirming the transfer. However, when he tried to accept the tickets, he was informed they were accepted by another account. It's been chaotic. Had trouble setting up his account with conflicting messages about its status. It's frustrating.
