I encountered multiple errors on your website when trying to purchase VIP Russ tickets for the Pittsburgh show on June 4th. Assuming they were sold out, I bought VIP tickets for the Philadelphia concert, the only other option available. However, I later discovered that VIP tickets for Pittsburgh were still available. Unfortunately, your website malfunction prevented me from making the desired purchase. Surprisingly, my girlfriend was able to complete the transaction. I am now stuck with $[redacted] worth of tickets for a show in Philadelphia that I do not want to attend since I reside in Pittsburgh. The faulty website is the main reason for this predicament. I believe the responsibility should not fall on me but on your end. I request either a refund for my ticket purchase or an exchange for tickets to the Pittsburgh event, instead of Philadelphia.

Earlier today, I emailed TM to request a refund for my order #38-[redacted]/WDC for a show on 3/20/21 that I missed because I didn't receive any notification that the venue had reopened. The only communication I received from TM was in July [redacted] until today when they asked for my feedback on the show I missed. The response from their customer service did not address my concerns, and it felt generic as if the show hadn't happened yet. I need personalized customer service to address my specific situation. Even if I had known about the show, I wouldn't have attended due to COVID worries, but I could have requested a refund or credit. I would appreciate a response tailored to my needs.

I recently bought concert tickets through Live Nation online. After receiving an email with an order number and a "View Mobile Tickets" link, I encountered an issue where clicking on the link redirected me to my Live Nation account, but my tickets were not visible under "upcoming events." Trying to reach the Help Desk through the "more details" link in my order led to a dead end since my order did not display. I am eager for TicketMaster or Live Nation to ensure visibility of my ticket purchase in my account. The absence of my tickets is worrying and makes me question the legitimacy of the transaction.

I am having trouble accessing the tickets I bought through Live Nation for a Doobie Brothers concert on October 16th. I received an email with an order number and a "View Mobile Tickets" link, but when I click on it, my Live Nation account shows no upcoming events and no tickets. I can't contact the Help Desk because my order doesn't appear. I need Ticket Master or Live Nation to display my ticket purchase in my online account. This situation is making me worry that I could have been scammed.

I am interested in discussing with someone from Corporate Strategy a new service idea concerning the registration of [redacted] million individuals for COVID-19 vaccinations. The current registration system is chaotic. I fall under priority 1B, being 78 years old in Montgomery County, MD, which has a population of 1 million, with about 75,[redacted] individuals over 65. I plan to write a letter to Governor Hogan today suggesting improvements for the registration system. Currently, each vaccination site operates its own registration system and individuals are advised against registering at multiple sites, leading to excessive duplicate registrations. I have tickets for the Women's Basketball Sweet 16 and Elite 8 games in San Antonio. Before purchasing, the SC ticket office informed us that the Lady Gamecocks would be on the North Court. However, they are actually playing the Sweet 16 on the South Court. We bought more tickets for that game and are selling our North Court tickets. I'm worried about the Elite 8 tickets on the North Court. Will the team stay on the South Court or move to the North? Also, any details on their game time in the bracket would be appreciated. I have exhausted all online options provided by Ticketmaster and am now seeking assistance here. I have been attempting to secure a refund for tickets for the Styx event at the Warner Theatre, as the original event date in March [redacted] has passed without a rescheduled date due to the pandemic. Despite my efforts, the response I receive states that the refund window has closed. I was unaware of any specific window for refunds, and had I known, I would have acted promptly. I am requesting an immediate refund of $[redacted].00 to be credited back to the original payment method. I have diligently kept all Ticketmaster emails over the years and none have outlined refund procedures or windows, hence my confusion regarding this issue. My husband and I bought tickets for the Daryl Hall concert last year, which was canceled and rescheduled for August 19th of this year. We decided to keep our tickets, yet our son and his wife wanted to join us. Attempting to purchase two additional tickets online, I mistakenly bought the wrong seats, two in the row in front of us. I am seeking guidance on how to exchange these tickets for the correct ones, seats 14 and 15 in row J of the upper pavilion section F. I had connectivity issues while trying to address this through chat last night. Additionally, I bought two tickets for row J seats 2 and 4 last night. I have had my concert rescheduled twice and I haven't received any notifications about the changes. I purchased the tickets over the phone and provided my email for contact, but I didn't receive any updates. I recently found out about the new rescheduled date by searching online. The concert is now on August 10th, which is inconvenient as it's a Tuesday. I can't access my account online because the tickets were bought over the phone. I need wheelchair seating and would like a refund since the concert was moved from a weekend to a weekday.

Yesterday, on April 8, [redacted], I received an email from Ticketmaster informing me that the concert "Roger Waters: This Is Not A Drill Has Been Rescheduled" has been rescheduled. They provided an option to request a refund until May 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the new date clashes with another commitment I have. I attempted to follow the steps in the Ticketmaster email to request a refund by logging into my account, navigating to the event details page, and locating the refund button. However, I couldn't find the refund button as instructed. I read that there should be a Chat option on the event details page to contact the Fan Support team for assistance, but this option was also missing. Despite searching the Ticketmaster.com website, I couldn't find an alternative way to access the Chat feature. I am currently stuck in a dilemma as I wish to refund the tickets from my order (71-[redacted]/CH6), but I can't find the appropriate buttons or options. I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me to help resolve this situation.

I bought Dallas Stars tickets via StubHub, which directed me to Ticketmaster. I assumed the Stars used Ticketmaster for ticketing. I bought tickets for Tuesday, the 20th, which I confirmed. However, tonight my girlfriend mentioned a parking pass for the game on the 20th, which I hadn't purchased. Surprisingly, the 4/19 parking pass was in her account, even though I work that night. It's strange that her account shows a pass for the 19th, while I have tickets for the 20th bought through a different agency. The parking pass order number is 3[redacted]-3[redacted]-2. My tickets were obtained via StubHub, redirecting me to Ticketmaster.

I am Sheri C. I returned from Lexington to Louisville on Saturday, April 24, [redacted], only to discover upon arrival at Kroger Field that the concert was canceled. I found it inconvenient that I received no prior notice, not even via email. I will not attend next year's concert due to uncertainty and the $[redacted] ticket cost. Unfortunately, I am now told that I missed the refund deadline, which I was unaware of as I did not know the concert was rescheduled. This situation has been distressing as a customer since [redacted]. I am disappointed and seeking assistance, as circumstances may prevent me from attending next year, or worse.

I need to confirm whether the tickets I am holding for the Celine Dion concert, originally scheduled for April 10, [redacted], are valid for the rescheduled date of September 3, [redacted]. I have not been able to see them in my online account. I received an email notification stating that the tickets are valid, but it was sent to my old inactive email address ([redacted]). I updated my account months ago with the correct address ([redacted]). Could this discrepancy be the reason why I cannot view my tickets? If so, can someone assist me in resolving this issue so I can access my tickets and related transactions?

Hello, Despite my numerous follow-ups since 14/01/[redacted], I have unfortunately not received any concrete response regarding the refund of my e-tickets. Order number [redacted]11. The only responses I receive are automated responses from a robot. I have already lost a lot of time with the follow-ups and also money by calling several times the only expensive phone number without any resolution. Please let me know what else I should do because I have tried everything (phone, request form on the website, email to Ticketnet support, Swiss platform). I am informing you that this is my final attempt by email. If I do not receive a response to my request, I will send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the customer service requesting compensation for the additional costs of the calls made without any response. Hello! In early [redacted], I bought 4 tickets for a Justin Bieber concert in Columbus, OH initially scheduled for August 8th, [redacted]. The event was rescheduled to May 16th, [redacted]. As I relocated to a new city, I sought a refund for the tickets. However, I am unable to locate the new tickets in my account since the date change. The confirmation email has vanished, but I have evidence of purchase in my bank statements and an email confirming the date change. Additionally, I possess a confirmation email for the complimentary CDs linked to each ticket. I have tried contacting customer service through email without any response. I am looking to get a refund for the 4 tickets due to my inability to attend the concert after moving to another state.

I have been attempting to contact someone via email and phone regarding an issue with tickets I bought online for the Mike Epps comedy show at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. The Ticketmaster app shows incorrect information about the date and time of the event. I am confused as this is my first time using Ticketmaster and I am struggling to get in touch with anyone for clarification. The app initially displayed the event as on the 9th, but now the radio is stating it's on the 14th. I am unsure if my tickets are still valid for the correct date. It's frustrating that it takes around 72 hours for a response from Ticketmaster. I have been persistent in my attempts to reach out, but without any success.

I purchased tickets through Vivid Seats (order #[redacted]7), but it seems they were routed through Ticketmaster. Upon trying to accept the tickets via the link provided, I kept receiving an error message stating "Oops, something went wrong" along with a cartoon penguin. Despite having family in town for the game, we were unable to get the tickets even after waiting for an hour. It was disappointing and frustrating that neither Vivid Seats nor Ticketmaster customer service was available to help. Despite Vivid Seats confirming the ticket transfer, I am unable to access them through Ticketmaster on both my laptop and phone. I have already contacted Vivid Seats and am now seeking a refund.

I am having trouble accessing my account due to the phone number not being supported for second-factor authentication. This phone number is where I receive my ticket notifications, so I cannot access my account to manage my tickets, including ones purchased for December. I have been trying to get help for this issue but have not received any response via this Get Human service or from Ticketmaster after mailing a letter 2 weeks ago. As a long-time loyal customer for over 30 years, I am feeling very frustrated with the lack of support.
