get my account reestablished with ticketmaster ... on june ** I ordered tickets for Celtic Woman in Morgantown WVa, on Mar ** ****, at that time I sent a txt to my cell phone for the ticket information. The text was erroniously erased by a grandchild and I tried to get another by signing in to my account, TM login said the account did not exist, I tried another that I may have used some time ago, it did not exist at TM either. I went ahead and set up another account using my usual email, it doesn't show my tickets when I try to look for them. I have the order number **-******ch* but without being able to get into a good TM account I am unable to get a text with the proper seat codes on it. *I don't want to have to cancel them but without the proper info to get in they are useless to me, I did buy the allianz policy at the same time. *Please help me, my email is *****@***.com and my phone number is **********. I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP, at ** years of age this gets kind of hard on my memory.

restore my account and therefor restore my ability to txt the tickets to my cellphone
over a year, because they already have my money for the performance but without tickets I can not get in
they don't answer a phone so I am left out in left field since I cant access the account
