I am a senior customer who frequently buys tickets from your website. Recently, I bought a Pitt pass for Miranda Lambert's concert in Little Rock on Jan. 23rd. Unfortunately, I realized after the purchase that the ticket I received was for a different date and location in Mississippi. I would like to exchange it for the correct Pitt pass in Little Rock on the intended date. The name on the order is Dian Kent, and the order number is #65-[redacted]/SCS. I purchased concert tickets through a reseller since I am in Barbados for the winter and can't use Ticketmaster. However, I am having trouble receiving the ticket transfer as it requires logging into Ticketmaster, which I've been unable to do. I asked my sister in Canada to help, but she also encountered an error after logging in. I suspect that my repeated attempts from different devices and a VPN might have led to my tickets being blocked. I am hoping for assistance in unblocking them so my sister can try to retrieve them again. These tickets are meant to be a Christmas gift for my wife. Thank you in advance.

I bought 4 Disney on Ice tickets for the wrong time and need a refund due to a time conflict. I notified customer service promptly but did not receive a response within the expected timeframe of 12-24 hours. When trying to find the refund option on the website, I only found options for transferring or selling the tickets, which was perplexing. I ended up purchasing new tickets for the correct time while still hoping for a refund. I am eagerly awaiting to hear back from customer service regarding my situation. - Diane

I received four £20 Ticket Master Gift Cards as a retirement gift for my wife. Unfortunately, she was unaware that they expired in September [redacted]. When she tried to use them last week, she found that all of them had expired. Upon checking the fine print on the back of the cards, we discovered that they expire 12 months after activation. I would like to kindly request if Ticket Master could consider issuing new replacement cards, as a gesture of goodwill. It would be greatly appreciated if we could receive two new cards to replace the expired ones. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Can tickets be resold on Ticketmaster? If not, can they be resold externally or transferred to another person? Specifically for general admission tickets, how can they be resold? If there are multiple tickets in one order, is there a method to resell them individually? Regarding Order # 3[redacted]-7[redacted]-4, do these tickets come with VIP perks like viewing soundcheck and meeting the band at the end?

Hello! I attempted to purchase tickets for the Big Apple Circus online using PayPal on December 14, [redacted]. While the payment was successful for $[redacted].05, I did not receive the tickets. Despite trying to contact Ticketmaster to cancel the transaction, I was unsuccessful. Transaction # 13C928771B[redacted]. My girlfriend bought the tickets through the app on her phone, as I did not have the app installed on my phone when making the purchase. Could you please process a refund for the transaction as I never received the tickets? Thank you.

Hello, I am currently on holiday in Australia. I bought 2 tickets for the show for my friends, thinking they would be sent to their address. However, they were actually delivered to my address, where my neighbor signed for them and left them at my door. Unfortunately, I didn't leave a key, so no one can enter my flat to retrieve the tickets. Is it possible to receive electronic copies of the tickets so I can forward them to my friends? I purchased tickets from someone on Facebook. I saw him buy them on Ticketmaster and they were delivered to my phone. I confirmed receiving the tickets on the Ticketmaster site but I can't find them in my Ticketmaster account now. I suspect I may have made a typo in my email while creating my account since they were sent to my phone number. My phone number is [redacted]. The email address I used is [redacted]

I purchased tickets for the Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburgh game through Vivid Seats. I attempted to list them for resale, but they didn't show up on the site. After contacting customer service, I was informed I couldn't resell on their platform without receiving an error message. They suggested using Ticketmaster instead. Unfortunately, I can't download the tickets on my phone using the Vivid Seats app and also face issues with the Ticketmaster app. As a result, I have $[redacted] worth of tickets that I can't access or download, which is frustrating. With the game approaching, selling them now seems unlikely. I just want the ability to download my tickets on my own.

Hello, I urgently request a refund for the ticket insurance. I believe I was misled into paying an additional £7.80 for insurance. Despite confirming by reviewing my basket and screen text that selecting the 'I want to be protected' option would not result in extra charges, I discovered I was indeed billed when I checked my bank statement. I'm a loyal season ticket holder for the Golden State Warriors. Tonight, I tried to purchase tickets for the game against Dallas through Ticketmaster via the GS Warriors app, a platform I've used for a while. However, I encountered login issues as Ticketmaster wouldn't recognize my facial ID and password. After several unsuccessful attempts, I fear I might be locked out. Despite requesting a new password through the "forgot my password" option, I haven't received any reset emails. My password remains unchanged, and I'm unable to access my account to buy tickets for the game.

I recently reset my password on Ticketmaster and can now access my account. However, when I try to buy Australian Open tickets on the official Australian Open site, it redirects me to Ticketmaster. Despite entering my email and new password, Ticketmaster does not recognize my password. As I am located in the United States, Ticketmaster is the only way for me to buy tickets for the Australian Open. I prefer not to create a new email just to set up a new Ticketmaster account.

Approximately around 5:30 pm yesterday, I completed the necessary details and confirmed my order, paying with my credit card ending in [redacted]. Worried that I might have exceeded the time limit, I don't want to miss out on my concert tickets after securing my train tickets to Dublin. I may have just duplicated a note placed five minutes ago regarding four tickets for Riverdance. I purchased them for the matinee concert at 3 Arena on Sat, Feb 8th, in Section H for €[redacted] each, totaling €[redacted] on my card ending in [redacted]. They were to be emailed with a confirmation. I recently downloaded the tickets and noticed they are valued at €66.70 each, with a service charge, totaling €73.85, though I was charged €[redacted].69. I am disappointed to discover my friends received tickets worth €30+ less than expected. I seek an explanation for the discrepancy and a refund of €[redacted]. Ticketmaster order 23-[redacted]/ARZ for 2 tickets to see Buddy Guy in Chandler on Friday, March 13th. I used my U.K. credit card for the purchase and got a confirmation email from Ticketmaster. I'm having trouble accessing my tickets. During the purchase, I provided our holiday address in Scottsdale and an old U.S. telephone number since I couldn't add my U.K. mobile number. I've been searching for resale tickets for the Billy Joel concert on February 7, [redacted], at Amalie Arena in Tampa. Despite Ticketmaster indicating that tickets are available (which is not the case as it sold out weeks ago), I'm unable to access the queue as it claims I'm already in line. I've been monitoring resale tickets for weeks and would appreciate assistance in viewing them. Ticketmaster seems to have more options than StubHub. Thank you.

I purchased two tickets for the Bocelli concert in Tampa on February 14 with order number 12-[redacted]/FLO. I requested to have them sent to my phone, but despite reaching out eight times for instructions on how to access the tickets at the box office, I've only received responses asking me to click a link that leads to a blank screen.
