GetHuman-xanadule's customer service issue with Ticketmaster from October 2019

Help with my Ticketmaster issue
The issue in GetHuman-xanadule's own words
Trying to get the Billie Eilish tickets for Newark, NJ at Prudential Center. Signed up for the presale code and entered the queue when they went on sale today at **AM. However, site said there were technical difficulties and to check back at **:**AM. When I went back, the screen message displayed read "You can't join this queue because you're already in line. Please return to your original device or browser to complete your ticket purchase". I closed out all my browsers and tried to log in again, but same message keeps popping up.

GetHuman-xanadule did not yet indicate what Ticketmaster should do to make this right.
