I originally ordered * tickets to see Marvel Universe Live at Verizon Arena in Little Rock, AR for the ****** show at **am. My order number for those tickets is **-******SCS. While we were getting ready to go to the event, our local area was placed under a tornado warning. We still planned on going, hoping the storm would pass and we would be okay to leave our home. Right before we were to leave, our tornado sirens in our town started going off. The news told us to take shelter until the warning was gone. This warning lasted until after the show start time. I immediately called Ticketmaster Customer Service, at approximately **:** am, in hopes of exchanging my tickets for a different show time due to the severe weather. After waiting on hold for over ** minutes, I finally reached a rep who advised me that I was just a little too late calling in to exchange my tickets* she advised that the cutoff time for exchanging was **am and I called just a little too late. She then advised that my only option was to purchase new tickets for another show time if we still wanted to go. At that time, I got off the phone with the representative, got back online and purchased * more tickets, order **-******SCS. I am honestly disappointed at the situation. *We had no intentions of missing the show and I did not ask for a refund for the tickets. I simply wanted to exchange the tickets for a different show time. We live in an area that is familiar to tornados and I was honestly frightened to get my child out on the roads*freeways in the weather for the show. I had hoped that due to the circumstances that Ticketmaster would have understood and given me the ability to exchange my tickets, but apparently customer’s safety is not a concern. We paid $**.** for the first * tickets that we did not get to use, and another $**.** for the next * tickets for the ******* show. I would like for someone to contact me regarding my experience and a refund of the first set of tickets that were not used due to the circumstances.
