I accidentally purchased four Brooklyn Nets tickets for the wrong date NBA game last night around 9:55pm EST. I immediately tried calling [redacted] six times, but encountered a busy tone each time. I made four more attempts in the past 60 minutes and still received a busy tone. My order number is #3[redacted]-[redacted]-2. I'd like to exchange these tickets for this Friday's game for tickets to this Sunday's Nets vs 76ers game. I'm willing to spend the same or a similar amount for the Sunday tickets. Upon checking my account last night and this morning, the ticket information didn't display correctly, preventing me from reselling them online. I have screenshots that I can provide. Please reach out to me at [redacted] as soon as possible. Thank you, D. Li

Hello, I'm Rachel B., a mother of two lovely girls, Chloe and Scarlett. I had purchased tickets for Frozen on Ice for a show on November 23rd at 11:30 am, which my father, William B., had kindly bought for us. Unfortunately, I am currently involved in a full custody battle, and at my recent court hearing this past Wednesday, the judge unexpectedly ruled that my child's father would have her from 10 am to 5 pm this Friday, without prior knowledge from my attorney or the court. I reached out to him to swap days, but he declined after initially agreeing. I tried to offer the tickets to him, his fiancée, and their child, but they declined. I am hoping if there is any way for my father, William B., to obtain a refund or exchange the tickets for another show. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have been trying to contact a live person since 6 a.m. this morning, every hour, and I have not been able to get through to a live person. Three tickets were purchased, but they are all split apart. I have been trying to get all three seats together in an accommodating area, as my sister and I have disabilities and cannot go higher up in the [redacted] sections we are being offered. I would like a refund on all tickets purchased because I am currently stuck in a freeway fatality situation on Highway [redacted] between San Bernardino and Victorville. Due to the accident and closure of the freeway, I will not be able to make it to the concert on time. Please contact me at [redacted].

We attempted to purchase tickets for a Rod Stewart concert, but encountered issues. Unfortunately, my companion was mistakenly billed for over £[redacted] for NFL tickets. Ticketmaster was unable to locate any tickets for us when we reached out to them. After some searching, I came across a link in the Ticketmaster help page for my orders. I discovered an order for NFL season tickets, which seemed more like a promotion for games that occurred last month. This situation is quite frustrating.

Hello, I am experiencing frustration as a friend purchased three tickets for my family to see “Little Drummer Boy” online. They were released under an account using the email address dana&[redacted] However, when attempting to log in to view the tickets for the upcoming show this Sunday, I am prompted to reset the password by clicking “Forgot Password.” The issue lies in the account username, which contains an & symbol making it non-functional as an email address. Originally, I intended to use my actual email address [redacted] when creating the Ticketmaster account but mistakenly used an & instead of an _. How can I regain access to view the tickets under the username dana&[redacted]? Thank you in advance, Florin

Hello, I hope you're having a good day. I own three tickets for the Manheim Steamroller show at the Fort Wayne Embassy Theater on December 1 at 7:30. Due to feeling physically exhausted and having a busier schedule with new courses, babysitting duties, and seasonal commitments, I am considering a refund for my family's tickets in case we're too tired to attend. Could you provide information on the refund process and the deadline for requesting it? I have a four-digit confirmation code; could you explain its purpose to me? Thank you for your assistance. Ticketmaster incorrectly advertised a concert featuring Sharon Shannon and Mary Coughlan on January 19th, [redacted] at the Savoy Centre in Glasgow. I booked a flight from Belfast to attend based on this information, but then found out the concert is actually in Dundalk, Ireland. Despite trying to contact Ticketmaster and Songkick, I have not received a response. I now have a flight I cannot use and need to pay for the concert in Ireland. I expect compensation for this error. The details have been corrected on the site, but I have evidence of the original misinformation. I look forward to your response. - S. McQuilkin

I have been attempting to purchase resale tickets for the Seahawks versus Chiefs game for the past two days without success. Despite multiple payment methods, including credit cards with available credit, I have encountered issues. Several unsuccessful attempts have resulted in pending charges of over $10,[redacted] on my credit cards. My Bank of America contact confirmed the authorization but explained they could not resolve the pending charges until Ticketmaster releases the hold. My efforts to resolve this through Fan Support have been fruitless, prompting me to try contacting a sales agent at 1-[redacted], only to be met with a high call volume message. Despite speaking with over 10 Bank of America and Ticketmaster representatives, the problem remains unresolved, and no one seems empowered to help. I am eager to purchase the tickets and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Hello, I am awaiting the email confirmation for my tickets to the Elton John concert in San Antonio. My order number is [redacted]7, and I've already paid the $[redacted].75 for two Plaza Level [redacted], row 15 seats at the AT&T Center. The payment was made with my credit card, and it's reflected in my statement. I was assured the tickets would be sent via email today, but I haven't received them yet. The situation has become frustrating as Bold Ticket stated the transaction is now with Ticketmaster. I am eager to receive my tickets promptly as their value has increased since my purchase. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Lovato William. On December 9, [redacted], I registered to purchase 2 tickets for the Nutcracker show at the Gran Teatro Morato in Brescia. During the registration, the page expired, so I had to redo it. However, the portal told me that the email address I had previously entered was already in use, so I had to enter a new one ([redacted]) for ticket delivery. The tickets have not arrived yet, and my registration still shows the old email address. How can I retrieve the tickets? They have already been paid for. If needed, could you send them to my residential address for an additional cost? Thank you. Kind regards, Lovato William.

I am very disappointed with the way my insurance claim for tickets has been handled. I reached out in September regarding the hurricanes and mandatory evacuation that affected my ability to attend the event I purchased tickets for this Saturday. Despite sending over 15 emails, I have not received a refund or the tickets I paid for. Ticketmaster promised a refund after numerous phone calls but have failed to follow through. Today, after being on hold for an hour, the representative pretended not to hear me. I just want a refund for this event as I am a loyal customer. My experience at the performance of the Book of Mormon on December 1st at the Chicago Chinese Theater was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival at our seats, we found that our view of the stage was obstructed by at least 75%. Despite requesting to be relocated and being promised a chair at the front of the balcony, our concerns were not addressed, leading to a frustrating evening where we missed key moments. This was particularly upsetting as we had made a special trip from Milwaukee to attend the play. The lack of disclosure regarding obstructed views at the time of ticket purchase added to our disappointment. We are seeking a refund or two tickets for a future show in San Diego where we hope for a better experience. I can provide images of our poor view and our ticket details as necessary. Thank you. Faith A.

I used Ticketmaster for the first time tonight to purchase tickets for the Monster X Tour at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, HI. I aimed to get seats near my husband and son in section G-Orange, but encountered issues with the default ticket quantity. Despite trying to correct this, I unintentionally purchased tickets in the wrong sections. After multiple attempts, I finally secured a seat next to my family. I am requesting a refund for the erroneous tickets and processing fees. The system was confusing, and I struggled to reach customer service for assistance. If this is not resolved satisfactorily, I may avoid using Ticketmaster in the future, as I value efficient customer service.

I've been struggling to buy tickets online, over the phone, and through the ticketing number, all without success. I'm attempting to buy three tickets for the Ariana Grande Sweetner World Tour concert in Indianapolis, IN on April 12, [redacted], at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Specifically, I want seats in Section [redacted], Row 7, with Seats 6, 7, and 8. Seat 8 is Premium Aisle seating. However, when I select all three seats and proceed to purchase, I receive an error stating that I must choose at least two tickets for Premium Aisle Seating. This error is confusing since I'm trying to purchase all remaining seats in that row. Could someone please help me with this issue?

I am disappointed to share my recent experience with the Elton John Farewell Tour tickets purchased for 12 Feb [redacted] in Omaha, Nebraska. Initially, my wife was thrilled to secure three tickets as soon as they were available. However, on the day of the concert, we discovered that the tickets had been sold without our knowledge or consent when attempting to print them through the Ticketmaster site. Despite reaching out to Customer Support for assistance, we received an unhelpful response stating it was not their problem and directing us to the ticket resale company. The ticket resale company also failed to provide a resolution, leaving us feeling neglected and devastated. As loyal customers, we are deeply disappointed by this experience and the lack of accountability from the company. It is incredibly challenging to explain this situation to my daughters, who had been eagerly anticipating this event.

I have bought 5 seated Elton John tickets for Hanging Rock. I realized that dancing isn't allowed in seated sections, and I bought these tickets for my brother Jay, who has Down syndrome. Is it possible to exchange these for general admission tickets so he can dance and have the best experience possible? Order details: Ticketmaster Order Number: 15-[redacted]/AUS Elton John - Farewell Yellow Brick Road Hanging Rock Reserve, Macedon Ranges, VIC Saturday, January 25, [redacted], 4:00 PM AEDT Name: Alice Ao Section: G10, Row: L, Seats: 11-7 Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

I attempted to purchase tickets online for Section [redacted], row HH, seats 9 - 14. Capital One initially placed a hold on my card for security, but confirmed the validity of the purchase promptly. After several unsuccessful attempts to buy the tickets, even using my phone, I resorted to another credit card. However, the seats allocated were not the desired ones. For celebrating my husband's 80th birthday, it is vital that we secure the best seats available. I kindly request to exchange the current seats for the originally requested ones or for an alternative set closer to the court's center.

I purchased tickets for "Rip It Up London" at Garrick Theatre for the March 20 matinee. I bought seats D3 and D4 in the top balcony for £30.00 each under the name of Carolyn Latchford. Although the seats were not marked as having a restricted view, after reading reviews suggesting poor visibility, I am concerned. This was meant to be a special birthday gift, but my daughter and I may not be able to see the stage well from those seats. Our plans are set, and we are traveling to London for this occasion. I hope to resolve this issue as we are looking forward to enjoying the show. Thank you for your assistance.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience selling tickets through Ticketmaster. I offered the tickets at a very low price to ensure a quick sale due to an urgent medical procedure I have today. After verifying my account and completing the sale, I was informed that it would take 7-10 days to receive the funds. Despite explaining my critical situation, Ticketmaster was unhelpful and directed me to contact my bank, which had no record of any transaction. The supervisor I spoke with, Amanda, was incredibly unhelpful and stated that there was no way to expedite the process, which I find unacceptable. Ticketmaster's lack of timely customer service is disappointing, especially considering the high service fees they charge. The interaction with Amanda left me feeling disrespected and unheard. I believe Ticketmaster should clearly communicate the reimbursement timeline for ticket sellers. This experience has been disheartening, and I will be avoiding Ticketmaster in the future.

Hello, I am following up again regarding the issue I experienced at a Pink concert in Toronto last year. I bought four tickets to sit together, spending over $[redacted].00 per seat, only to find two of our seats missing initially. Despite eventually finding our seats, they were not together as I had expected. The seating numbering did not match what was shown when I made the purchase, leading to our group being spread 30 seats apart. Despite contacting customer service multiple times and being advised to email my complaint number, no resolution has been provided yet. I am deeply frustrated by this situation and am seeking a resolution promptly.
