Good morning,**I ordered two tickets for Michael Buble performance in Dublin on Thursday, ********. I did this yesterday on the first day of presale just after *a.m (as a * Customer).**Today, Friday, **rd November, I saw that there was a second concert scheduled for ******** in Dublin, which would have been my preferred date if I had known yesterday that he was going to do two nights. There was never any announcement before today that this was going to happen, as I would not have booked for the Thursday if i'd known he was performing on the Friday.**Anyway, I proceeded to book two tickets for the Friday concert. AT the end of the process, when I thought the order had gone through, there was a notice saying there had been a problem and to start again. I could not see my order when I checked and presumed it had not been successful and proceeded to repeat the booking. *I made a new booking, which was successful.**I am now holding * sets of two tickets:-** tickets for Thursday ****** and * x * (* total) for friday *.*.****.**On today's attempts I registered to protect the tickets at €* each, but when I checked my orders there was no evidence that this had gone through also.**All in all, I have not had a very happy experience and would like, if at all possible, to KEEP ONLY ONE of my orders made today, Friday, **********, viz.** Order No.: **-******UK**Cost:: €***.***Performance:: Friday, *********Block F*Row **Seats ***-*****Also, if I can, I would like to cancel my tickets booked for the performance on Thursday, ********,*Order No.: **-******UK* *cost: €***.***Block M*Row ***Seats ***-*****AND THE *ND FRIDAY ORDER::***-******UK**BLOCK A*Row **Seats *-***I would be grateful to hear back from you at your earliest convenience on my mobile:*****-*********Gabrielle Byrne*** Knocknashee*Goatstown*Dublin ****Obviously I would not have made a second booking today if I had not received the 'error' message.**Your help with this is much appreciated.**Thank you**Gabrielle Byrne****-*******
