The issue in GetHuman-jondeb's own words
On Tuesday, October **, **** I ordered * tickets to "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." When I initially logged into the Ticketmaster site I chose Saturday, December **nd because I needed a weekend day since me and my family are either attending college or working during the week. When the order went through to the payment screen I needed to add a different credit card. After adding the new card, I did not receive an option to review my order. After I submitted the order the receipt for the tickets now said December **th which is a Thursday. I am not requesting a refund, but rather a change of date. When I emailed Ticketmaster I received a reply stating I would have to pay an additional $** in fees per ticket, another $*** when I already paid $***, for a mistake out of my control. *This is totally unacceptable and I refuse to pay this additional amount. I put a "hold" on the purchase with my credit card company and am willing to dispute the charges once they are posted on my statement if Ticketmaster refuses to change my tickets. *I want to stress the fact I did not make this error nor am I requesting a refund. I simply want to change the date of my tickets and am willing to attend any show being offered on December **nd as long as the seats are within the vicinity of the ones I original chose. I feel this is a totally unacceptable policy on the part of Ticketmaster *since there is no request for a refund. In addition, after entering the second credit card information I did not receive the opportunity to review my order. In addition, if Ticketmaster is unwilling to grant me my request, I will purchase tickets to this show through another vendor. Please keep in mind many vendors including the airlines allows a customer the chance to cancel an order or to make changes within a ** hour period.*Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.*Thank you,*Debbie Kelly
