The issue in GetHuman-ryuujins's own words
I bought tickets off someone, they sent me the VERIFIED tickets VIA Ticketmaster. Then the concert was delayed, and recently cancelled. Now my account is saying the refund will go back to the person who got the tickets and not the person who actually has the tickets now. This is obviously ridiculous, why would you give refunds to someone who has transferred them completely to someone new.**% of the time the new owner would have paid for them.
GetHuman-ryuujins did not yet indicate what Ticketmaster should do to make this right.
