This is the second time that I tried to buy tickets. I continue to receive error messages telling me:**"We apologize. We are unable to complete your request on this device. So that you may continue to shop, we recommend using a different device (laptop, phone, tablet, etc.). Using a shared device? Make sure you’re logged into your Ticketmaster account."**This problem is unacceptable. I used the same device to order the tickets I do have. I am not going to go out an buy another computer just to purchase tickets. I need someone from Ticketmaster customer service to figure out why this problem is occurring. Now, once again, I lost the opportunity to purchase tickets! There is nothing wrong with my computer! I have ordered tickets many times before using this device. Now, all of a sudden, I cannot purchase tickets. This matter was not resolved the last time I complained about the problem. Even the text messages that I receive from Ticketmaster via my cell phone that include a link for me to click on will not work. If I am able to receive email and phone messages from Ticketmaster, then obviously the problem is not on my end. There is something really wrong when Ticketmaster sends you a link to purchase tickets that you cannot use. Now I don't know what has been done to my account but it needs to be fixed. It should have been fixed the last time this happened which was on September **th. Now, here I am again with the same problem and it is totally unacceptable. I need someone to help figure out why this is happening. It is outrageous to allow this to continue. I don't order tickets in large amounts or resell them. I order * tickets every time I place an order. I use my tickets! I order them for personal use! So whatever is happening with my account, I need someone to help fix the problem. This is the second set of tickets that I lost because of my account issue. I need this problem resolved.
