I bought a ticket for Latitude festival towards the end of April, I didn't receive a confirmation email so wasn't sure if it was secured or not. The money (£***) was taken out of my account but I saw an email saying there was an issue with my payment so I called Ticketmaster and they said they'd get back to me in a couple of days. About a week later I still hadn't heard back, so I called again. I was on hold for ages and then she said the people to deal with it weren't there so would call back, I still haven't heard from them and they're now shut. The festival is next Thursday and I still don't have a ticket and don't know whats going on with my order. I explained over the phone it was quite urgent but they haven't dealt with it at all. I want a refund from the money they took from my account as I need to then buy another ticket so it arrives for Wednesday*or to pick it up. Would really like this sorted asap. *Thank you,*Joy
