Myself and my wife tried to book * ticket for Queen on the *th July **** at Marley Park,Dublin last Saturday night.*During the booking,it timed out and we were told to start the booking again.*This we did but your company has charged us twice.*We have spent * days trying to contact your awful customer service but we cant get to speak to anybody.*What company tells customers to redial a different number which is the same number that you are currently dialling.*We now request a refund of one of the payments that wasfraudently taken from our credit card.**The booking references are,***-******UK**&***-******UK*.**Failing an immediate refund,we will be issuing legal proceedings against your company.**Regards.
