RE order *********. The roof racks were shipped but the Part ***P was on back order. It was supposed to ship in early May. It did not. Late May I found this part would be in at REI and cancelled this part of the order. I finally got the ***P but much to my dismay it will not work with my bike (RANS Stratus XP). I called Thule and explained the problem but tech support said they had no fix and that I should return my order. I need to return the roof racks to Thule and will return the ***P to REI. Please provide an RMA and address to get this done.
GetHuman-marcustc did not yet indicate what Thule should do to make this right.
