On January 8, [redacted], I placed order #[redacted]77 which arrived in two separate packages. The first package arrived fine on January 11. The second one was supposed to arrive on January 12 but didn't show up. The tracking only said: "On its way." It finally arrived today, January 15. However, it didn't come in the usual Thrive Market Box. The label looked like it was cut from another box and taped onto a different one. The items were simply thrown in with no brown paper, and some were open and wet like the facial tissue boxes. I have photos if you need them. This has never happened with my orders before and it's very disappointing. I'm hesitant to use any of the products. There was no item description sheet either. I suspect the issue occurred during transit, possibly with UPS. I would like a replacement for my order, and I'm willing to return the items. Thank you.

Hello, I’m Denise Horning, and I made a purchase on 4/3/[redacted] with order # [redacted]00 for the Gravity Curling Mascara, which unfortunately didn’t work for me. I am looking to return the product for a refund. Also, a few days prior, I bought the Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara through Instagram, which also didn't meet my expectations. I did not receive an invoice for the Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara. The Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara caused significant flaking, leading to my eyes becoming bloodshot. The Gravity Curling Mascara did not deliver the desired lash results for me. I would appreciate assistance with processing my return and refund. There was an issue with my package delivery because my apartment number was missing. It's frustrating because my address is correct on the Thrive Market website. I recently paid for a membership and my product. I'm concerned about my package. Can I receive a refund? I would prefer to have the package delivered to [redacted] Union Street Apt.4B, Brooklyn, NY [redacted], as the holidays are approaching, and I need the items for my pets.

I spoke with Chris on Monday. I explained my issue, and he assured me it would be resolved. During our conversation about my order, I was charged more than expected. We agreed that I would cancel everything, and I would receive a refund of $59.95 and $37.00 back to my bank account. However, the package arrived today. How should I proceed with sending it back? It's crucial for me to have the money returned promptly since I am on a fixed income. The box wasn't properly sealed as the tape had lifted. Thank you, Judy A. A.

I received order #[redacted]34 today. The package was handled roughly as the box arrived crushed. Unfortunately, the Silver water bottle broke during transit as it came out of its box. The contents were all over the place and resulted in a mess. The Trace Mineral bottle leaked, causing the other items to be covered in trace minerals, making them slippery. The entire box was a hassle, and all the items were damaged. Kindly send a replacement package for my order.

My credit problem was resolved, but after 24 hours, I am still encountering the same error message. I was assured it would be resolved the next day, but the issue persists. The error message states: "There was an issue processing your payment. Please contact your bank or use another payment method." Customer Service reached out to me. On the "View Cart" page, it indicates I have 6 items, but only 4 are visible. I intend to add two more items, but without seeing the current contents, I am hesitant to proceed adding more. I am currently unable to sign in due to difficulties receiving the 6-digit verification code. After entering the wrong phone number on my new device and not receiving a code, I corrected the number but still do not receive the verification code. Consequently, I am unable to access the information.

I recently cancelled my subscription with Thrive, yet I was just charged $59.95 for a renewed membership, which is causing me financial distress as I have a doctor's appointment soon. I attempted to contact customer support through the bot helper, but was prompted to pay $1 to speak with a representative. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a suitable phone number to resolve this issue. I have not received any orders from Thrive, and I am incredibly disappointed with this lack of communication. I urgently need assistance in getting my money refunded.

I had an issue with my first order as all the items in soft packaging arrived crushed. Since I regularly order products in soft packaging, I decided to cancel my membership. After waiting for an agent on the virtual chat for three different occasions, each time exceeding 20 hours, I encountered the most frustrating chat experience ever. Despite being promised a 5-minute wait time, it took much longer. Eventually, I found a number to call and spoke to an agent who kept offering me deals to keep my membership, which did not persuade me. After declining multiple offers, the agent's persistence became another time-consuming annoyance. Finally, after being placed on hold, the agent took the necessary steps to cancel my membership. I felt relieved to have the issue resolved.
