Help with my Thrive Market issue

on **********, I placed an order (**********) which was shipped in * separate packages. The first package was delivered on Friday, January ** with no problem, while the second one was to be delivered on January **. When it didn't arrive, I started tracking it down. Since then, the tracking kept saying: On its way.*It finally came today, January **. First, it didn't arrive in the usual Thrive Market Box. Second, even before opening the box, I observed that the label seemed to have been removed from another box and placed with clear tape on the new box (different from the usual Thrive Market Box). I immediately knew that something was amiss. The items were just thrown in the box, without the usual brown papers covering the items (with a lot of them missing). Some, like the facial tissues boxes were open and wet. I've taken pictures which can be sent to you upon request. I'm so disappointed. Nothing like that ever happened to my orders. I'm even afraid to use any of the products that came in, since they apparently had been tampered with. Even the sheet with the item description listed, did not come in the box. Totally unacceptable. I'm pretty sure that whatever happened to my order must have happened in transit. Maybe you should take it up with UPS in order to ensure that it never happened again.*I would like a replacement of my order. If need be, I will return the items to Thrive Market. I don't feel comfortable using anything in that box. Thank you.
