On May **, **** after * *** hours in line wwe finally get to the desk. The rep asked if we want the toll pass registered with to use. We said yes…and then on June **, **** we get a charge of $***. **. Toll amount $**.** Administrative fee $**.***We told the rep to add the toll reader which he said he would, I can’t remember exactly what the fee was. Approximately $**.** to $**.***Again we waited * *** hours to get to the desk so I know what we told him. If it wasn’t added to our initial billing I can understand adding that fee but not $***.**.*We were very patient dealing with the long wait but for your rep to have made this mistake is ridiculous. I am guessing he was overworked at that point. We had to wait in the Thrifty line then take our contact over to another rental place in order to get our car. *Contract Agreement * **********Contact me and i will gladly pay the the daily charge. *Kelly Gleason
