Account No. ********** *Hello I am being chased for payments on a closed account,*I informed Three in August that I would not be renewing the contract, via their online contact system, which was acknowledged by them.*They offered to convert to a * month rolling contract which I didn't want, so I stopped using the SIM and removed it immediately.*The payment on **th September was allowed through and then I cancelled the direct Debit.**The ** month contract has ended, I did not take up the monthly rolling contract and I have not used the service for three months, but I am now being chased for payments.**How do I get them to stop?**------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------*I found the email address of their CFO on line and mailed him directly with my problem. They replied promptly with a Case number and a promise to call me back within * days and sort it out. I await their response.
