Account holder name, Account number, Billing address, Account phone number, and Last 4 digits of Social Security number
The issue in GetHuman-bandits_'s own words
* amended, in error, my email address, * weeks ago, now I have no access to my account through the app. Despite hours on chat lines, speaking directly, numerous promises they will correct it, it has still not been resolved. They changed the email address to one I have not used for ** years, I have given them the correct email address over and over, but I still have recieved nothing from them. I just want it put back to the correct email address so I can access the app. Every day so far I will receive a code within half an hour and cannot cope with the empty promises.
GetHuman-bandits_ did not yet indicate what Three Mobile should do to make this right.
