i had stopped my service on using my data for my laptop as when the coronavirus started it took me onto another page and asked me verbal questions which i answered that i was having problems paying everything ended and i thought that was it and i would catch up with my payments when this as all settled down then this morning i received a letter from credit style saying i owe £**.** this account has now been paid and my credit score possibly taken a hit can you please explain what this is all about or i will be leaving * in the near future yours Gary wood
