Hi, I've tried to register my Three sim online but it says it is already registered. The Three number is *********** & the sim number is *******************. I bought this sim card to go in my Jaguar F Pace as the previous one had run out. I entered my phone number at log in and clicked on "forgot my password", this offered to reset my password which I tried but it kept coming up with this message, here are the following errors.*The number and password you have entered do not match. Please enter it again. This happened after several attempts could you please point me in the right direction to help me progress with opening a my three account.

There is no way to contact Three at the moment and I have a data only sim so I tried it in an old phone in which I downloaded the Three app and entered the phone number, only from that was I able to receive messages from Three about what to do next. I find it very poor customer service that this information was not available on the Three website
