The issue in GetHuman-bobbityd's own words
My contract ended **********. I am still being charged for my phone in spite of arranging to move to a sim only plan @£** a month. On April ** Athisya, on live chat, agreed to process this for me and my bill on May ** would be £** instead of £**. *When I received notification of my bill for May ** it was still £** and I was still stuck on my old plan. I spent a whole afternoon on May ** live chat explaining that my bill was wrong. They admitted that it had not been processed once they checked the transcript of myself and Athisya and kept passing me on to someone else as nobody was able to rectify my bill. Finally Live chat closed. I had wasted a whole afternoon. All I was offered was the sale of another contract. I am happy to pay £** that was agreed but not the £** of my old plan that Athisya was supposed to cancel on April **. I want someone to tell me who has the authority to rectify my bill. Please do not direct me to live chat. All they can do is sell me another plan and I do not want to get tied into another contract with *. I despair of anyone actually doing something more than apologizing.
