I have been out of the country since ** January ****. I tried calling to suspend my account but l was unsuccessful to complete due to the length of time l spent on the phone being transferred from one person to the other. l continue to pay my monthly bill of £**. I have checked my account today * April to discover that an amount £** taken by *. Due to the lockdown l am unable to talk *to anyone and therefore l am going to authorise my bank to suspend any redraeal from *. I know my contract comes to an end sometime in April this year.
