Using the Android App I opted to CONTROL MY SPENDING to BLOCK CALLS AND MESSAGES NOT IN MY ALLOWANCE to which a message saying "sorry a technical problem means we cant change this setting right now" that was three weeks ago. I have tried several times since but no success.. As I was going away on holiday I contacted the app's LIVE CHAT (think this was October *rd). They said they would change my CONTROL MY SPENDING. I have since seen on my spending a charge of £*.**. For this reason I suspect my preference wasn't changed, the App or a technical problem does not let me change my preference to block items outside my allowance.. Please advise.
