On August *rd my wife inadverntantly purchased an item. Within ** minutes I personally cancelled this item. Item number ********. I received an email that day from Ashlee informing me that I would have my money credited to my account. That it would take * to * days for this to happen. It is now the **th of August. I have sent other emails in regard to this after the *th day. I did leave a negative review. I feel this is unwarranted and that you are not honoring your terms. I will write to the Better Business Bureau if this is not corrected post haste. I am on Social Security Disability and every penny matters to me and my family. I urge you to make this right. Thank you for your time in this matter. I truly hope this can be rectified.**Regards.**Scott Cetnar
