I recently purchased a new refrigerator that had a faulty coupling or was improperly assembled, leading to water leakage on our hardwood floor. This caused damage to the floor itself. Despite filing a claim (SF-USLL[redacted]8) and attempting to contact Alexandra Johnson numerous times without a response, I have not received any assistance. As a consumer who has influence over appliance choices for clients, I am disappointed in the lack of support. I am seeking an update on the claim and prompt resolution. The potential repair costs could have been substantial, but we managed to keep it under $1,[redacted] by avoiding removal of expensive marble countertops and custom cabinets. My spouse and I bought a Thermador range in December [redacted] and it was set up in April of the same year. We were satisfied with the appliance until December [redacted]. When we attempt to preheat the oven, it starts the process, but once it reaches a certain temperature, both the preheating and on lights begin flashing, and the oven starts to cool down. Despite contacting customer service, we have not received any assistance. The challenge is finding a technician in the Baton Rouge area. We spent $[redacted] on the range, and to have it malfunction so quickly is worrisome. We previously owned a Viking for 12 years without any issues. Having to spend around $[redacted] for repairs on a range less than 4 years old is quite significant. Any help would be greatly valued.

Dear Customer Support, I am reaching out regarding our Thermador kitchen appliances - the range top, ovens, and Emerald Dishwasher. We have encountered issues with the grill plate on the range top, which is losing its black coating. Despite searching online, we are struggling to find the exact replacement part. The ones available are expensive, and none match the one currently on our range top. Additionally, our ovens are facing problems. The clock loses time when the timer is used, and we cannot reset it until the next day. Moreover, the top oven's temperature is off by 20 to 25 degrees, affecting our cooking results. We have a home warranty but are unsure about the next steps. It would be extremely helpful if you could provide technical advice on how to address these issues.
