I need to speak with a customer service rep to report a payment to prevent my service from being disconnected tomorrow.

I was fast- forwarded to the front of the wait- list for UI telephone customer service c*o GetHuman’s intervention.*Because I was fending off a Disconnect notice, I chose ‘Option *’ for service emergencies, which ‘bumped ‘ me to *nd or *rd Place in Line for immediate attention.*Because this was the *rd time I contacted UI within a ** hour period regarding my bill, I was able to downgrade from an immediate disconnect status to a payment plan involving a one- time ‘Grace ‘ payment of $***- on an overdue bill * $***-.(!)*UI Customer Service is very responsive to direct & persistent communication.*The bottom line is persistence & of course(!)* being able to put your money where your mouth is *-I.e.* following through on making an initial partial-payment & then following up with call- in confirmation of your payment* especially if you are in an emergency situation due to temporary financial hardship!
