My daughter has put in error the wrong date for her ticket. She realised instantly and merely wants to change the date. You want to charge £** , the ticket is £**.**. A **% charge for a mistake. Where is the cooling down period ? Please can you reissue the ticket with the correct travel date. She’s a student and can’t afford such a charge.Transaction ID ************. She wants to travel on Fri * th Dec back on Sun * th . Thank you for your help. Sam
