The issue in GetHuman-daisypor's own words
Due to mis information on your website telling me and * friends to go to a coach station outside reading at *.**am that then turned out to be closed until *.**am. Me and my friends had to sit in the freezing cold for * hours due to your mistake. As a result I was in bed yesterday with the flu. I would like a full refund to all * tickets. Your service was completely unacceptable and it’s lucky my friends did not become ill aswell. Again I request a full refund as the whole situation was due to a mistake on your part. I also recommend you fix the error on your website that tells customers to go to mereoak park and ride at night when the station is closed all night. We got a cab for £** to the station only to be stranded there for * hours. Uber’s were not in the area and the cab we called refused to come to the location. Again the entire situation was unacceptable. There were also others there in the same situation due to the error on your site. We very nearly had to resort to getting a £** cab back home and would have if it wasn’t for others there in the same situation.
