I bought a ticket to kings Lynn,*.** from Sheffield for £**.** on Tuesday to travel today.at Sheffield station this morning i opens the Trainline app to collect my ticket but the booking had disappears and the reference number and said not available, I had to go and buy another ticket for the same train for£**.**. On my Barclaycard, I have already paid on my Barclaycard £**.**. Can you please help me with a refund.
