Dear Concerned Party, I am writing on behalf of Joseph A. Zarola and Peggy L. Degarmo. We are the registered owners of a [redacted] Mini Cooper with the license plate number 7AET696. Due to serious health issues, including Mrs. Degarmo's battle with cancer, we have accumulated toll road violations. These have led to the suspension of our driver's licenses, making it challenging for us to get to important medical appointments. As senior citizens living on a modest monthly income, we are unable to afford the fines in full. We kindly request a reduction, payment plan, or waiver of these fines so that we can focus on Mrs. Degarmo's critical medical treatments, including an upcoming Stemcell Transplant. With limited income and an inability to work due to medical responsibilities, we ask for your understanding and assistance in clearing these violations. My fiancée is battling life-threatening cancer and needs frequent transportation to appointments due to MDS bone cancer. As seniors on a limited income, I am her sole caregiver and driver, covering over 3,[redacted] miles monthly. Unfortunately, we had our licenses suspended for toll violations related to our [redacted] Mini Cooper with California plates 7AET696 registered to Joseph Zarola and Peggy DeGarmo. MDS, or Myelodysplastic Syndrome, requires extensive treatments like stem cell transplants. We're reaching out to Toll Roads for assistance in resolving the violations so I can continue to transport her safely during this critical time. Our income from Social Security is under $[redacted] combined, forcing us to stay with friends to cover medical and transportation costs. I am frustrated by the lack of accountability from the employee, Maria, and the incorrect charges on my toll account. Initially, Maria struggled to locate the correct plate number and then incorrectly added charges to my account. After noticing the overcharge, Lucy corrected the plate number but failed to remove the erroneous fees. Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue with Adam and Nathanial have been unsuccessful, with no action taken to rectify the mistakes. Despite numerous calls, the incorrect charges are still present on my account a month later. Nathanial mentioned that a supervisor was unavailable to assist and that the matter required further review. It is disheartening that I am being held responsible for Maria's errors while the toll company is hesitant to acknowledge and correct their mistakes promptly. I am left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of resolution after multiple attempts to address the situation.

Hello, I recently received a toll road violation in the mail and would like to pay it promptly. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the violation notice, and now I am unable to find it when trying to pay online through the toll roads website at www.therollroads.com. The website only allows me to search for violations within the last 5 days of today's date, which is causing an issue as my violation date was on 07/23/[redacted]. I need assistance with this matter so I can resolve it and make the payment as soon as possible. I recall that paying before 09/09/[redacted] would result in a total fee of $7.00, but after this date, it would increase to $[redacted].00. The difference is significant, so I would appreciate any help in resolving this promptly. Thank you for your assistance.
