I am trying to let management know there service *****. ... I have contacted customer service multiple times over the past few months about delivery issues. Late or no delivery. In the past if a paper was not delivered on a timely basics the would have one send. Not any longer, If you miss getting a paper you have paid for you are out the money and the paper. Papers are for the most current news possible. Any this thing that happens after *:**PM doesn't make the paper. How id your move to print the Tennessean in Knoxville going to give Nashville to most current news. After being a subscriber for *** years I feel it is time to pull the plug. Sent your staff to Knoxville along with your printing and give the people of Knoxville the same pitiful service your have given the Nashvillians over the past few you years.
I feel reporting problems never gets past the person answering the phone. Why else would the poor service continue week after week.
Delivery of the paper and on time every day. * *r * out of * not acceptable!!!!!!!!!
We have been a customer of the Tennessean for *** years and the service over the past few years is to the point of being useless.
Cancellation is next but due to what I have been told and know it is only a matter of time for the Tennessan.
