We have been subscribers for almost ** years. In the last few months we have have had delivery issues on several occasion and have placed calls or online reports with the effect being increasing issues. This email comes after three calls due to missing papers in the last two weeks. After each contact we would get deliverer for a few days then miss again. Most recently we have had three missed deliveries out of the last ** days. At least twice I was told by the representative that the circulation manager would be sent the report since it was an ongoing problem. *As stated above we have subscribed to the Tennessean for almost ** years and while over the years we have had delivery misses once or twice a year three misses out of ** days is concerning as is the fact that it seems nothing is being done to correct whatever the problem is. The delivery is to our drive way at*** Percy Warner Blvd *****. Their has never been a paper box.
