Attn: Ms Diane Bond:**Ms. Bond, I am addressing this toyou since you were the only one who actually got something done with my delivery issue previously (missing papers, in the mud,ditch, etc instead of using the provided paper box. In response to your getting that corrected, I renewed my subscription to both the Tennessean and the Ashland City Times. Now, just two weeks after renewal I didn't receive the Sunday paper at all on Oct **th, and on the **st, my AC Times was on the ground in the road instead of the box, so it appears that after a couple of weeks the carrier went right back to the old habit of either non delivery or refusal to use the box provided for the paper (it's been there for over ** years!!). I will attempt to call you a few more times (no luck so far), and then, if this continues, I will cancel my subscription again. I appreciate your efforts in the past and hope that you can again impress upon the carrier and their supervisor, the need to use the long existing paper box. I'm sending this email because when calling in and asking for you, customer service didn't know who you were or haw to direct my call.
