Hello, I have a big problem. About * months ago I went into your Alliston store.*I asked your store manager if he had a tablet or phone so my wife could contact her family in Indonesia using the WhatsApp app.* Your store manager told me I could get a great deal on a tablet with * years of data provided for $*** and then I could keep the tablet.*I asked him if this tablet could use the WhatsApp app for my wife. He assured me that I could use this app on this tablet.*I purchased the tablet and the data package based on the fact that your manager promised I could get the app.* I tried for over * weeks to get the app on the tablet. I went to computer experts and tech savvy friends as well as many internet sites. I could not get the app to work on this tablet.*I final went to Virgin mobility that was the data provided that is partnered with your company.*The clerk at VM told me that the tablet that your manager sold me wan not compatible with the WhatsApp application.*I had already made a couple of monthly payment to virgin for data that I never used. Finally I cancelled the data package because I could not use the tablet you sold me. NOW, I have received a FINAL NOTICE from VM for $***.** cancellation fee.*I went to the store where I bought the tablet and they would not help me.*I want to know what your company plans to do about this.
