I have been a loyal customer of Honest Co for almost three years. However, my recent orders have not been correct. Instead of receiving a variety of prints as I select each month, I have been receiving the same print for my entire order. Despite trying to contact customer service for the past three days, I have been placed on hold for over 20 minutes with no one picking up. This has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with both the service and products. I have recently changed my order to include new fall prints, and I hope to receive what I have paid for. Additionally, given the issues with my last two orders and the difficulty in reaching customer service, I believe some form of credit on my next two orders would be appropriate.

I have been experiencing difficulties accessing my "bundles" for several weeks now. After moving my dates and changing my products last month, I saved everything, but still ended up with a $70 order containing items I already had and some items I couldn't afford at the time. This month, I've been attempting to make changes again, but the bundles page won't load. Additionally, I've been receiving items that are incredibly damaged or leaking. While I love the company and its products, it seems like there's been an issue every month, from receiving the wrong items to changes in my dates and damaged products. Since starting my subscription, it feels like the quality of the company and customer service has declined. Although I appreciate the help from customer service when I reach out, it's frustrating to have to contact them so frequently. Since I can't access my bundles on the site, could you please move my date out by 6 weeks until the issues are resolved? Thank you.

Yesterday, on 11/07/[redacted], I waited on hold for an hour and a half to speak with someone. I wanted to inform you that I bought a mascara with a primer from Target as a backup. When I opened it, there was no primer inside the tube. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt. I would like a credit to my account or to receive the missing primer. I have been receiving the wrong diaper prints for my baby from Kate Curran's gift subscription for the last 3 months. Instead of a variety for winter, I keep getting stripes and an occasional bunny print. I have not opened the packages, so how can I return them to receive the correct winter prints or other varieties besides stripes? The subscription has been coming for at least 8 months to Robin Lane at [redacted] Sunset Ave, Pasadena, CA. I have tried calling customer service multiple times but have never been able to reach anyone on the phone, even after waiting for over an hour each time.

Hello, I am Kendra T. I have been a customer of your products for nearly two years. I recently received the wrong shipment in my order. Despite my attempts to contact you to rectify this before it was dispatched, the issue was not resolved. Unfortunately, due to the urgent need for these diapers for photos, I had to open one pack. I still require the correct items for my child's photoshoot, even if one pack has been opened. I had requested the following items in size 5: 2-SNOW BUNNIES, 2-COZY SWEATER, 1-BOO BEAR, and 1-GINGER BREAD. I hope we can quickly resolve this matter.

I am not good with letters, but I am reaching out for help for my son and his family. My son suffered a traumatic brain injury in a motorcycle accident in 11/16/18. Their medical bills are piling up, and his short-term memory loss hinders his ability to work. His fiance is working tirelessly to support their two young children. Hello! I just want to say how much I love your diapers and rely on them! Recently, I noticed a customer issue on your Facebook page regarding a diaper problem, though I don't have the details. I wanted to share an incident from February [redacted] when my husband accidentally bought female Honest diapers for our son in San Diego. Despite the mix-up, we used them. After about 24 hours, our son developed a severe rash and blisters on his bottom. We were puzzled as consistent users of your diapers. We disposed of that box and got male printed diapers. The rash almost seemed like a chemical burn, but being a doctor and nurse practitioner, we managed it well. We continue to use your diapers and thought this feedback might help you identify any potential issues with a batch of diapers. We purchased them from a Target store in San Diego. I have a subscription bundle with The Honest Company. One of the items in my bundle, the DHA, was out of stock, and a different item was added without my consent. If I hadn't gone into my account to postpone the shipment, I would have been charged for a product I didn't select. There was no notification about the DHA being sold out, which is disappointing. Now, I need a new bundle shipped before I run out of supplies, but I can't proceed without the DHA.

I purchased a pack of [redacted] size 5 diapers from Target for my son to wear to bed. Unfortunately, he had a severe allergic reaction to the diapers, with his skin turning purple and blue. I quickly changed the diaper, but his skin began to peel and bleed, leading to a trip to the ER. The doctors determined it was an allergic reaction to the diapers, citing unexpected chemicals. Despite having used these diapers for my other six children without issue, this incident landed my 2-year-old in the hospital due to the severe reaction. During his stay, he also tested positive for the coronavirus. Now, we have been at the OU Medical Center since last Tuesday, and I have been juggling staying in a hotel with my other children. The hospital recommended I contact the manufacturer to address this concerning issue affecting multiple people.
