Yesterday,**********, I was on hold for an hour and a half wanting to talk with someone.....just thought you should be aware. I wanted you to know that I purchased a mascara w*primer from Target as a backup. I was excited to see it in the store and that I was able to purchase a single item not having to worry about shipping charges. There was no primer in the tube!!! I did not keep the receipt because I didn't dream there would be a problem. I would appreciate a credit to my account or shipment of a complete mascara. I am a relatively new but repeat customer and like all the product I have used thus far. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. Respectfully, Rebecca Arnold
