This is the SECOND time an order has been lost because your "fantastic" (NOT) laser ship people could not take the time to find me--AND no one notified me!!! These are Xmas presents I ordered on Nov.**th--now an important item is no longer in stock No wonder you are closing stores. I will NEVER order*buy from you again. Order *:gap.com order * TXYKRMV.. You needed a RELIABLE shipping company--not some cheap*cut corners place with lazy delivery guys. AND I should have been texted or emailed re the problem as , apparently the delivery attempt wes aon Dec.*th and today is Dec. **th.
