I was charged twice for the same order and the amount of $**.** has been deducted from my Wells Fargo Account two times, and I should have only been charged one time, I called about this last week and spoke to one of your customer service staff members and I was told the extra charge would fall off my account, but it’s still there as of this morning, and I’m really frustrated about this uncorrected error on your part!** Please fix this problem today, *******.
