The issue in GetHuman-ehinds's own words
I did not receive a paper on Tuesday so I called in. I was *supposed to get it with my Wednesday paper. But of course there was no Wednesday paper either. Called in again, talked with a representative and I was assured I would get the two papers today. It is now *:**pm and still no paper. I must say the person I talked with was most incompetent. He put me on hold after I had been on hold for ** minutes already. When I asked where he had been all this time he said he had some issues. I, too, have issues with my delivery person. I have been taking the paper for many years and the delivery service seems to be going downhill very quickly. I asked to have the route manager call in the past but no response. Is there any way this can be resolved quickly?
