I sent back the bill for this gift to Wm Brown who has dementia and is in an assisted living facility. I have paid this and I sent the receipt back with the bill which I received a few days ago. This keeps going on and last time I had to contact the parent company to get it resolved. I won. Do not keep doing this over and over. I already have a great deal of stress dealing with my cancer and his dementia which is vascular dementia with behavioral disturbances, a very difficult dementia to deal with for caregivers. Not only that, he frequently does not get the paper. I call in to say that the paper has not been received but it may be after noon and there is no one to take my message. **I will look up my contact for the parent company and copy this complaint.
