Trying to cancel subscription because cost has doubled. ... Within the last * years my Sunday only subscription has doubled in price. I can no longer afford this. I need to cancel my subscription. It would have been nice to speak with a human when I first discovered this problem. I guess computers are going to take over the world.
I can't wait for a response since I have a * year old to care for and its getting to be lunch time. tried to wait of the GetHuman, but that didn't work for me.
Just want to cancel subscription.
I have proof of payments dated to ****, so I have been a customer for at least * years.
I've tried to reach you on the customer service line but it seems you don't want to talk to customers. Did you ever think there might be senior citizens that don't like using computers or having to wait to speak to humans?
