I have been having an issue with being double billed for my e subscription for months. At the end of last year I spoke with * or * reps and it continued to occur so I cancelled. After a couple of months I restarted the e subscription and again I am being double billed. I called and was told to send a screen shot of my credit card statement which I did * months ago and I am still being double billed. I am on the verge of canceling again. There is only *account and I don’t understand why I can’t get this taken care of. I tried to call and it didn’t recognize my phone number and house address it requested. So ANNOYING!
GetHuman-mtmcskim did not yet indicate what The Columbus Dispatch should do to make this right.
