I have been a customer for over ** years and I am starting to get upset. I wasn't happy to learn of the price increase but okay. My paper has been so wet when I get it on rainy days I have to throw it away. I always manages to find the deepest water pool. Now I didn't receive the paper today. Of course a replacement can't be delivered because of my area so I am told I will get a credit. Lastly, I try calling to talk with someone about my problem and all I can get are recordings. What has happened to the personal communication between the Dispatch and customer that I experienced in the past? Is there a way that I can talk to a live representative when I have a problem or a question? I plan to stay with you but I hope I can receive the service that I have always had in the past. I have had the same delivery person in the past and he has always been very good but something is changing. Please explain if you can. Oh yes. When I called to report my paper missing this A.M. I was told to enter my phone number and it came up with a different address. I have had this address for ** years. ?????
