I am dissatisfied with the warranty repair services provided by King and State and Transglobal for my LG refrigerator purchased in November [redacted] with an extended warranty. The fridge started beeping on October 10, [redacted], and despite multiple visits by technicians and the replacement of several parts, the issue persists. LG confirmed on November 9 that the fridge is irreparable and offered a refund, which was retracted upon discovering the extended warranty. Despite LG sending a report to King and State on November 11, the repair process has been slow and ineffective. Communication with King and State's call center has been frustrating, with repetitive responses and a lack of urgency in resolving the ongoing beeping problem. I have recommended improvements such as providing clearer information about extended warranties and enforcing better customer service standards when engaging international service providers like King and State.

I purchased a bed and box spring from your Granby, QC store on Monday, April 10th, with a scheduled delivery date of Friday, April 14th. After not hearing any delivery updates, I called to confirm but was informed that the delivery had been overlooked. They rescheduled it for Sunday, April 18th. We were given a 3-hour window, but halfway through received an automated message stating the order had been delivered, which was not the case. Despite being told to wait, the order did not arrive. Following up on Monday, I was informed that no one was home for delivery, which is inaccurate. I requested a weeknight delivery but was denied. Currently, we are still without the bed we paid for and feeling frustrated. Should we proceed with canceling the order due to these repeated errors?

I purchased a leather recliner for my parents in their 90s. The delivery was initially set for a supportive living facility but was changed to their home in Okotoks due to my father's dementia. The Brick rescheduled the delivery to last Saturday. Although confirmed, they refused delivery, citing the distance outside Calgary. Hannah from their team was rude and unhelpful. Despite the address not being in Okotoks, it is the closest for delivery. Frustratingly, on the last call, Hannah refused delivery again, showing no empathy for my elderly parents. I asked for local mover recommendations, but she dismissed my request. I am in Florida, unable to assist them directly. On May 4, [redacted], I bought a Twin XL mattress and box springs. Three weeks later, the delivery arrived, but it turned out they had sent me a regular-sized mattress that didn't fit the box spring. Finally, yesterday, June 13, the correct size mattress was delivered, which I appreciate. However, being 6'4", sleeping on the first mattress was very uncomfortable. Since this was The Brick's mistake, I was hoping for some form of compensation or voucher, but it seems that is not the case. We've never had any issues with previous purchases.

On May 4, [redacted], we bought a twin XL mattress, box spring, and accessories. The delivery took place three weeks later, but we found out the mattress was a regular size, not XL. On June 13, the correct mattress arrived to fit the box spring. In the meantime, I had to make do with the other mattress. At 6'4", it was not very comfortable. I thought The Brick might compensate me with a voucher or a pillow as it was their mistake.
