Had an exchanged TV sent out that was worse than the original and upon sending photos of these to my local store they say it’s not a defect. I’ve contacted the manufacturer as well (Samsung) and they say that this is not normal for the tv and it would need a service to be resolved. I want to send this unit back and authorize a payment for a better tv as I’m not connected to this model anyways. I’m trying all different places to have this resolved as the manufacturer states it’s an issue and not my local Brick store so they are refusing to deal with it.
