While Brent customer that is by numerous furnishings and televisions from you folks our recent ** inch TV failed when I called to get my break guarantee I was told I would be without a television for one week before they can even look at it and then possibly longer until it is repaired as a person that buys brick warranty on all purchases I am very dissatisfied with the response on this matter. I refuse to be without a TV for * to ** days I would greatly appreciate a response to this issue as soon as possible my name is Bob Moore @***-***-**** or my home at ***-***-****. *** Hunters way. Edmonton ab.

I would like to thank the person at the brick who acted up on my email or phone call and had this resolved for me I appreciate the swift service that I did not receive from your service provider. I suggest the Brick should look closely at this provider because the Bricks name is involved due to their Bad service
