trying to order online ... I am trying to place an order online as i live out of town and don't want to make a special trip to town to place an order. my nearest location, Fort St John is not an option on the pick up locations even though it is a valid pick up location. I spoke to * different reps from the local store and both were very rude, and neither of them provided any help other than driving in to place an order. o called the customer service line which is a recording that hangs up on you and the other is a financial line who tells you to call your local store. terrible service all around. gas prices are *.** here, and i apparently need to drive an hour with two toddlers to place an order i should be able to place online. keep up the good work! fix your online system or take the order online. simple!
the point of ordering online is so that you save the hassle of driving to the store, especially to just order the furniture. The site wants me to pick up the furniture in another province and they want me to drive an hour just to order and go back again to pick it up.

I purchased before no issues, i expected the same this time.
I have tried calling all the available customer support numbers, one a recording that hangs up on you and the other is a financial line for credit. local reps are rude and useless.
